A piece of the light blue safety mat can be seen under the legs of the yellow shirt man. Don't confuse it with the blue pants of the woman sitting center screen. Continuity mistake: When Gracie is leaping off stage after yelling, "Gun! Gun! Everybody down!" there are two wide side shots of the leap. Those shots are one sequence that was split to put the close-up in the middle. In the 1st, her hand is already on the shoulder of the man in the yellow shirt. Then there's a close-up of Vic's, Kathy's, and Stan's reaction to the leap, but their eyes are still in the air facing towards the stage as we see Gracie flying past their faces. In the 2nd wide shot, she's back to where she was in the 1st shot. (00:54:15)

There's an exterior covered vent with duct tape to the left of the door, many black trash bags, boxes and trash cans. Revealing mistake: In the opening close-up of adult Gracie, her eyes are looking over the faux book entitled 'Essentials of Russian Grammar'. There is a camera lens through the binding of the book in the center of the letter 'o' in the word 'of'. In the next close-up and semi close-up of Gracie, the camera lens is not in the binding, it's just the title of the book. One giveaway, the diameter of the lens in the first shot is greater than the diameter of the 'o' in the subsequent shots. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: Matthews is sitting with other agents in front of the monitor as Gracie first arrives with the other contestants to the orientation breakfast. In every front view of the monitor, as we see the video feed from Gracie, there are videotapes surrounding the monitor. Continuity mistake: Gracie and Matthews have a meeting with Kathy Morningside (Candice) and Stan Fields (Shatner) in her office to discuss Gracie's upcoming undercover work. In the 1st shot, Kathy stands up in front of a picture of a previous Miss United States and the reflection in the glass behind Kathy shows Stan, Matthews and Gracie standing up as well. Yet, in the 2nd shot, Stan who is still sitting stands up now. Then in the 3rd shot, Matthews and Gracie get up too. (00:23:20)

As she walks towards the table, it's closed. In the close-up she says, "...prelims or maybe a TV broadcast," it's open. In the next shot it's closed again. Then when Matthews says, "I got just the girl," that button is open yet again. (00:16:40)

Continuity mistake: At the bar, in the close-up Gracie spills ketchup on the side of the Citizen memo and the paper isn't wrinkled, but when Matthews walks in, the paper is wrinkled and stained all over. Matthews then introduces Beth to Gracie and Beth's hair at her shoulders changes throughout this scene, as does the bow on her shirt. Matthews' shirt collar changes too. (00:13:35)

Continuity mistake: As McDonald leaves the FBI briefing room, after Matthews is put in charge, in the first wide shot as Gracie stands up to follow McDonald, the four clocks on the wall are seen. Continuity mistake: In her apartment, Gracie drops her bags down, trips near her bed and starts kicking it. The blanket's on the floor in front of the doorway as she heads into the kitchen, which is bright. In the next shot from her front, as she walks towards the kitchen, which is now very dark, the blanket's now on the side of the bed. Also, there's a wicker basket with clothes on the corner of the rug now and her black bag that she dropped earlier is positioned quite differently. (00:07:45)

Trivia: Gracie Hart is determined to be a top notch FBI agent in order to follow in the footsteps of her mother Emily, who was a respected FBI agent, who died while in the line of duty. After the briefing, she is seen passing the photo of her mother on the memorial wall, when she speaks with McDonald about following orders and the Citizen case. Also seen in the deleted scenes.

Continuity mistake: In the Laika Restaurant, standing at the back bar, Jerry holds a gun on Ivan's Russian bodyguard with the yellow shirt, seen when McDonald and his men burst into the restaurant. There's a male customer crouched down at Jerry's feet. While Gracie says, "You're not killing anyone, you peanut eating ..." the bar is visible behind them and the man crouching is seen, but Jerry and the Russian bodyguard are not at the bar. Gracie flips Krashow and in the next close-up, Jerry is back at the bar near the crouching guy, with his gun still pointing at the Russian bodyguard, who then shoots Jerry. Then in the next shot, that Russian bodyguard is not at the bar like in the previous shot, only Ivan and another Russian are there shooting at McDonald and his men. (00:05:50)

Revealing mistake: At Helm's Deep, in the 1st close-up, Gimli says, "You could have picked a better spot," and two particular Elves stand at his left. In the next wide shot as Aragorn approaches, the Elves to the left of Gimli are different Elves than in the previous shot. One of those Elves from the 2nd shot is seen close-up when Aragorn walks away. Also, the second row of Elves is much closer to the first row of Elves in the 1st shot. (01:00:25)
