The Bounty Hunter - S2-E12

Continuity mistake: When Heyes and Curry, on horseback, are arguing with Joe, the rifle in Joe's hand shifts orientation each time the camera angle reverses. It's pointing up, then down, then up again. (00:38:00)

Monk (2002)

Continuity mistake: After he raids the candy box in the parlor, Sigerson's face is smeared with chocolate. The stains change noticeably from shot to shot as the scene progresses. The smears on his chin vanish altogether, although he hasn't wiped his face. (00:49:40)

Trivia: The penal planet Rura Penthe is so named as a nod to Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, wherein a prison camp of that name is the inspiration for Captain Nemo's crusade against mankind's injustice and cruelty.

Catch A Falling Star - May 21, 1979 - S2-E10

Character mistake: In the preview for this episode, Charlie has trouble getting his countdown straight. He shouts that Sam is on in 50 seconds, then 47, then 48. In the episode itself, the mistake is corrected with a rather obvious overdub, changing the final number to 43. (00:02:05)

The War Lord - S2-E20

Continuity mistake: In the closing scene aboard the raft, we see Kelly with an unlit cigarette in his mouth. One shot later, the cigarette is not only lit, it's half gone. (00:44:30)

Revealing mistake: There are several dead giveaways that the New York City street Solo and Illya walk down is actually in Los Angeles. They pass Mexican taco/burrito stands and shops with "Happy Holidays" painted on the windows, yet it's warm and sunny and the passersby are in shirt sleeves. The windows also reflect a number of towering California palm trees. (00:40:00)

How the Tess Was Won - August 5, 1956 - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: Though he's leaped into someone else, we always see Sam as Sam, dressed in all the host's clothes (including glasses or sunglasses). His host is revealed only in reflections. But here, when he looks at his host-self in the mirror, the hat and clothes are all identical - except that the reflection is wearing glasses, and Sam isn't. (00:43:00)

Genesis (2) - September 13, 1956 - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Sam ejects from the X-2 and parachutes to safety, he lands on the desert floor and the chute comes down on top of him, covering him completely. In the very next shot, we see him lying face up and the parachute has entirely disappeared.
