In the Kingdom of the Blind - S5-E9

Continuity mistake: On Centauri Prime, Londo has an audience with the demented Regent. In the initial shot, the babbling Regent holds both hands up near his face as he speaks. In the very next, reverse-angle shot, his hands are down at his sides. When it cuts back, his hands are up again. (00:36:30)

Men Into Space (1959)

Contraband - S1-E21

Visible crew/equipment: While the crew are holding a conference inside the moonbase, an equipment shadow moves across the top left of the screen. In the same scene, a poor choice of camera angles also places two diagonal white ribs of a hatch door directly behind James Coburn, resulting in the bizarre impression of antennae growing out of his character's head. The Sixth Sense (1972)

With This Ring, I Thee Kill! - S1-E7

Factual error: When the girl's injured father dies after speaking to Rhodes, the heart monitor flatlines. The male nurse calmly takes the man's pulse, shakes his head and then just leaves the room - without calling a code blue or making any effort to revive the patient. In 1872, maybe. In 1972, no way.

The Sixth Sense (1972)

With This Ring, I Thee Kill! - S1-E7

Revealing mistake: In the hospital, a male nurse stands by as Rhodes talks to the patient, keeping an eye on all the beeping vital-signs monitors. But there's nothing attached to the man in the bed - no wires, no leads, not even an IV.

The Sixth Sense (1972)

With This Ring, I Thee Kill! - S1-E7

Factual error: Rhodes views the silent movie and the film breaks, leaving the last frame frozen on the screen. Wouldn't happen. When 16mm film broke in 1970s projectors, any portion that jammed in the mechanism was exposed to intense heat from the projection lamp, and would burn. (00:35:30)

Water's Edge - S3-E3

Revealing mistake: The murder victim's skeleton, which Rusty finds in the attic, has a clear cut all the way around its skull. It also has metal pins holding together what turns out to be rubber bones: one of the ribs wobbles up and down when Rusty brushes against it with the cash box. (00:42:00)

Water's Edge - S3-E3

Factual error: Pete Taylor's corpse is a bare skeleton after just two years in the sea-shack's attic, though it shouldn't be. There should at least be traces of hair and clothing surrounding the bones. (00:40:00)

Night Gallery (1970)

House - with Ghost - S2-E26

Factual error: Ellis trots up the stairs with his wife's dinner, shaking and bouncing the tray all the way. But when he arrives, the liquid in the tray's very full glass of milk hasn't spilled a single drop. (00:14:30)

Rest In Peace, Somebody - S4-E10

Character mistake: Cameron's attempt to assassinate the governor fails because McGarrett has everyone wear bullet-proof vests. It's been established that Cameron is brilliant, a top-of-his-class ex-cop and a crack shot. And he's been sending death threats, so he knows they'll expect him. Yet he fires at the governor's back and is shocked that the man doesn't die. Anyone with his expertise would have anticipated the vests, and aimed for the man's head. (00:48:20)

The Gentleman Caller - S2-E24

Revealing mistake: Gerald hides what are supposed to be thousand-dollar bills inside Emmy's magazines. But the money he's handling all carries George Washington's portrait. It's one-dollar bills. (00:30:00)

Batman (1966)

The Entrancing Dr. Cassandra - S3-E25

Continuity mistake: The Batmobile returns to the Batcave by remote control. It's facing left when we get a brief, three-second shot of Batgirl talking to Batman and Robin. In the very next shot, the Batmobile has instantly turned itself around and is facing right. Its turntable (which was actually pushed manually by stagehands under the platform) didn't work quite that fast. (00:18:05)

Isabel - S2-E31

Continuity mistake: When Clemens is stopped by the police, the shoulder of his raincoat is clean, then has wet leaves all over it, then is perfectly clean again. (00:02:30)

Isabel - S2-E31

Continuity mistake: During his questioning inside the house, Clemens' hair goes back and forth from falling over his forehead to brushed back several times between takes. (00:05:00)
