Danger Man (1960)

The Blue Veil - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: Just after he shows Drake and Clare the diamonds, the Moukta's hands change positions on the jewel bag and in relation to the collar of his robe as soon as the camera angle changes. This goes back and forth several times between shots. (00:15:00)

The Prisoner (1967)

Matador Murder - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: The Mexican police pull a submerged car from the water with a crane. In the full shot (stock footage), the car emerging is upright (rooftop above, wheels underneath). But in the very next shot of Diamond and the cops next to the retrieved car, it's suddenly upside down with its wheels in the air.

Rumpole and the Man of God - S2-E1

The Apartment (1960)

Factual error: Fran the elevator operator stops on the 19th floor and takes Baxter to the 27th floor. But when they arrive on 27 (and the entire time they're supposedly ascending to it), the light for the 19th floor on the elevator's control panel remains lit.

The Long Chase - S3-E1

Factual error: The sheriff and his posse raise huge dust clouds as they gallop down the road. But the stagecoach they're chasing, with four horses and four wheels, is on the same road and isn't raising any dust at all.

Hawaii Five-O (1968)

Beautiful Screamer - S3-E12

Revealing mistake: When Sally is driving the blue station wagon full of singing kids, several light reflections on the side of the car never move at all, revealing that it's really a stationary mock-up sitting on a soundstage. (00:42:30)

Hawaii Five-O (1968)

Beautiful Screamer - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: McGarrett's left hand rests on the side of the large multi-line telephone as he makes his call. The camera angle reverses, and his hand instantly jumps to a different position, resting on top of the phone. (00:41:00)

The Gladiators - S3-E27

Revealing mistake: The ground on the dueling field at the end is not only unnaturally flat, there are concrete seams visible in some spots, showing through the artificial turf. (00:24:30)

Snow Queen - S2-E21

Continuity mistake: Diamond's loose tie tightens itself between shots when the doorbell rings and he crosses the room to open the door. When he picks up the phone, the tie is loose again, but when he opens the door to leave, it's tightened. (00:42:15 - 00:45:00)

Shootout at Diablo Station - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: In interior shots, the station's multi-paned window has dust and grime on all the panes. In exterior shots, as Curry talks to Lom from inside, it's apparent that there's no glass in the window at all. (00:41:00)

Shootout at Diablo Station - S2-E11

Plot hole: Curry slips out of his bonds and hides in the secret cubby hole beside the fireplace, right under the four dozing outlaws' noses. But when he's found, the wooden door over the hiding place has to be pried off - very noisily. No one else was free to nail that door shut, and there's no way he could have done it from inside - at least, not without waking up the outlaws. (00:30:30 - 00:34:50)
