Star Trek (1966)

The Trouble With Tribbles - S2-E15

Revealing mistake: When Kirk and Spock answer the intercom in the ship's corridor, Spock's uniform has a large brown coffee stain on the front. (This was digitally removed in the DVD release, but is still visible in the newly-syndicated "computer enhanced" version.). (00:17:00)

The Waverly Ring Affair - S2-E19

Plot hole: U.N.C.L.E.'s yellow badges were worn only inside HQ, and were supposed to set off alarms if you didn't wear one, or if they were taken from the building. But here, Solo passes through security and walks out with his badge still on, and the alarms don't sound. (00:25:55)

The Girl from Little Egypt - S1-E14

Visible crew/equipment: In the flashback to the night of Helen's murder, Kimble drives to the deserted lake after their argument. When he opens the car door, the wing window reflects several film crew members very clearly, including one person's arm and wristwatch. (00:11:50)

Glass Tightrope - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: When Rowland's wife unfolds Kimble's wanted poster, the center crease is peaked toward her. But when we see a close-up of it, the poster has been folded the opposite way, with the crease pointing away from her. (00:41:45)

Show generally

Continuity mistake: "The Greatest Enemy": It's full daylight when Robin sends Marion and Much away and stays atop the crag to hold off the sheriff's men. The sky behind him is blue. But in the next moment, as he starts firing arrows at them, there's a setting sun behind him and the sky is red. In the following scenes, we see full daylight and blue skies again. (00:35:20)
