McGuffin - S3-E10

Continuity mistake: Heyes and Curry both lose their hats when they jump from the riverboat into the water and swim ashore. There's no time to go back and fish the hats out, even if they could find them, but by the next episode and for the rest of the season, they somehow have the same hats back again. (00:41:00)

Continuity mistake: While Number 6 follows Number 14 around the Village, her briefcase keeps switching itself from her right hand to her left between shots, without her having moved it. Later, when she enters the hallway, the case disappears altogether.

The McCreedy Bust - S1-E2

Plot hole: Early in the episode, the sheriff starts going through his pile of wanted posters. According to the story line, 18 days then pass. At the end, the sheriff, standing in the exact same position and wearing the same clothes, is just finishing his search through the posters.

Revealing mistake: During the crown jewel heist, Mundy is lowered through the ceiling on a trapeze. But the stunt double is apparent in long shots. He's taller and quite a bit more muscular than Mundy is. (00:36:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Heyes and Curry leave the saloon and walk across the street, a microphone mounted on the camera rigging pops up into the shot at the bottom of the frame and follows along beside them. Continuity mistake: While he hangs from the ceiling over the jewels, Al's trapeze is spinning slowly. But when the shot cuts to a close-up, you can tell from the stationary background that the trapeze is now perfectly still. In the next full shot, though, it's spinning again. (00:39:00)

Revealing mistake: When Nadia and Number 6 are embracing, many of the reverse-angle shots showing them from behind betray the use of a double for Nadia. Nearly every time the camera angle changes, she is noticeably several inches shorter.
