The Legacy of Charlie O'Rourke - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: Charlie tells Alice that he buried the gold near the Mexican border. But when she looks up the location on a map, the map she's holding is of the state of Wyoming (which is nowhere near Mexico). When they go after the gold, however, they're in Joshua Tree Forest, Arizona, which is near the border. (00:23:15)

The Fifth Victim - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: Heyes is shot from the right and falls from his horse, grazed on the right side of the head. When he's recovering, however, the wound has moved to the left side of his head. (00:13:00)

Journey from San Juan - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Curry kisses Michelle outside her hotel room. When the camera angle is on him, his right hand is on her shoulder. When it switches to her, his hand is instantly down at her waist. (00:15:10)

The Fifth Victim - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: The rifle Curry slings to his saddle when he sets off after Jake disappears during his journey, then reappears just in time for him to use it in getting the drop on Jake. (00:42:40 - 00:44:25)

The Fifth Victim - S1-E12

Revealing mistake: Sam, the third victim, is shot and killed while driving his wagon out of town. We see a long shot of him riding away, then we hear the rifle firing. But the camera lingers a bit too long after that - just enough for us to see the wagon continuing on its way, with a perfectly healthy Sam still at the reins. (00:16:40)

Never Trust an Honest Man - S1-E14

Factual error: For a man of the cloth, the Preacher is remarkably ignorant of one of the best-known passages of the Bible. He says that the 6th Commandment is "thou shalt not steal" and the 8th "thou shalt not kill." It's the other way around.

Short Haul - S2-E13

Continuity mistake: During the drive to Mr. Neate's house, the cars in the rear-screen projection keep changing instantly, depending on whether the camera is on Diamond, on O'Malley, or on both of them.

Juvenile Jacket - S2-E11

Continuity mistake: The apartment manager scares off the street gang attacking Diamond. In full shot, Diamond is leaning over, arms spread across the hood of his car. When it cuts to a tighter two-shot, he's immediately standing straight as he talks to the manager.

Hammer into Anvil - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: During their kosho match, Number 6 ends up dangling Number 14 over the water. In the first shot, he's holding the man with his left hand. In the next, he's using his right hand.

The Prisoner (1967)

Hammer into Anvil - S1-E10

Continuity mistake: When he's standing against the wall of the kosho chamber, Number 6 is holding onto the rail, but when the camera reverses angles, he isn't. This goes back and forth several times.

Brimstone (1998)

Pilot - S1-E1

Deliberate mistake: Coming back to Earth in 1998, Stone is amazed to see the Cincinnati Reds and the NY Yankees on TV in an interleague game. This wasn't yet possible in '98, as an American League East team could then play only a National League East team (and the Reds are NL Central). But the producers put it in anyway as their own little "fantasy baseball game," because these were their favorite teams.
