For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Natira orders the landing party to kneel before the oracle. Spock does so about a foot-and-a-half to McCoy's left. As the shots change, Spock "jumps" to McCoy's immediate side, then back to his original position, etc. (00:10:35)

The King of Knaves Affair - S1-E13
Factual error: Supposedly engraved on a ceremonial sword is the wrong date - 1443 - for the fall of Constantinople. That happened in 1453. (00:33:15)

The King of Knaves Affair - S1-E13
Revealing mistake: Illya's stunt double during the balcony fight is painfully obvious: his face and bad wig are visible throughout the scene. (00:18:15)

Is There in Truth No Beauty? - S3-E5
Revealing mistake: During the fight in engineering, Marvick's kick, throwing one of the engineering crewmen violently back against the wall, misses by an obvious mile. (00:20:10)

For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Kirk calls Scott to beam up, and lowers the communicator from his face as he looks at McCoy. In the next shot, he's holding it to his mouth once more. The shot changes one more time, and it's lowered again. (00:31:55)

2nd May 2006
Continuity mistake: In the opening scenes, Sulu's retractable viewer isn't there when the Klingon ship approaches on the view screen. But a moment later in a closer shot, the viewer is suddenly in front of him, fully extended. (00:01:05)
2nd May 2006
Plot hole: At the end, Nick and Schanke discuss the bruise Nick's blow supposedly left on Damir's jaw. But Nick didn't hit Damir. He grabbed and tossed him bodily into a trash heap in the alley - without ever once touching his jaw. (00:41:50)

Curiouser & Curiouser - S2-E22

1st May 2006
Continuity mistake: It's 9:10 a.m. outside the police precinct station, and after a 4-minute interview scene with no time lapses, it's 2:55 p.m. inside. (00:21:50 - 00:25:10)
1st May 2006
Revealing mistake: Every time the villains' deadly gas, "hydro," is mentioned, the word is badly and very obviously dubbed in, and doesn't match what the actors' lips are saying. This occurred because the original name used, "freon," turned out to be an existing (and patented) refrigerant gas, so the name had to be changed to avoid a trademark lawsuit. (00:28:45)
1st May 2006
Revealing mistake: Here, in the opening scenes at U.N.C.L.E. headquarters, as well as in a number of other first season episodes, the unmarried Illya is inexplicably wearing a wedding ring. (00:02:35)
29th Apr 2006
Continuity mistake: When Miramanee and her companion first see Kirk at the obelisk, the two women are standing, holding their fruit baskets, just inches from each other. In the very next, reverse angle shot, they're suddenly several feet apart. (00:09:10)
29th Apr 2006
Revealing mistake: "Trek's" new 3rd season uniforms were tighter-fitting than their velour predecessors, presenting a problem for some actors. When the landing party beams down in this episode, the outline of William Shatner's tummy-wrapping girdle is very visibly showing through his costume. (00:13:10)
29th Apr 2006
Revealing mistake: At the episode's end, the sharp, moving background of nighttime Toronto from the top of the CN Tower suddenly shifts to a still, blurry (and glaringly obvious) matte image. The scene was partly shot atop the actual tower, but because high winds and sway made the location too dangerous, it was abandoned, and the bulk of the scene had to be shot in studio and processed. (00:37:15)
28th Apr 2006
Partners of the Month - S2-E18
Continuity mistake: While he's talking to Janette at the Raven, the level of fluid in Schanke's cocktail changes all by itself from several inches down to nearly full again, even though he's been sipping at it throughout their conversation. (00:34:55)
