The Maze Affair - S4-E13

Continuity mistake: Solo and Illya park their big Chrysler convertible in front of Del Floria's and go inside. The shot then cuts to the tailor shop's interior with a view of the street through the window, and the car they just parked out front is nowhere to be seen. (00:00:20)

Trivia: The correct Russian spelling of Illya's name should be "Ilya," with only one L. But series creator Sam Rolfe chose the name as an homage to Illya, the Greek character in Never on Sunday, and retained the Greek spelling. "Kuryakin" came from the Greek word for Sunday, "Kyriaki."

The Arabian Affair - S2-E7

Trivia: David McCallum recalls that in this episode, when Illya was supposed to drive a fork lift down a corridor and stop, he accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brake, crashed through a wall and demolished the set. While he and Robert Vaughn found it a source of much hilarity, MGM's "bean counters" were reportedly not at all amused.

The Waverly Ring Affair - S2-E19

Plot hole: U.N.C.L.E.'s yellow badges were worn only inside HQ, and were supposed to set off alarms if you didn't wear one, or if they were taken from the building. But here, Solo passes through security and walks out with his badge still on, and the alarms don't sound. (00:25:55)

The King of Diamonds Affair - S2-E25

Continuity mistake: When Solo and Miss Pogue are trapped in the shipping crate together, his hair combs itself between takes - several times. It's all over his forehead, then is suddenly neatly combed to one side, then is messy again. When the crate is opened, he's well-groomed once more. (00:32:25)

The Pop Art Affair - S3-E6

Other mistake: Illya orders an espresso from Fred, the coffee house proprietor, but never pays for it. And Fred doesn't take a bill to his table or speak up when he leaves without paying. (00:10:00)

The Deadly Quest Affair - S4-E8

Continuity mistake: Solo and Sheila are against a brick wall with a pipe just behind them as Karmak's leopard approaches. There's a long shot of them edging away to the left, away from the pipe. But in the next close-up, they're back at the same spot with the pipe behind them again. (00:41:55)
