Continuity mistake: When Ross is in Central Perk talking about his day at work and how he is not going to work for a while because of his rage, watch his cotton candy. It changes in sizes and shape a lot, from big and uncircular to small and circular. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: When Chandler and Monica are at the hospital holding the twins right before they try and swap babies, there are two hospital tags around Chandler's left wrist which then disappear before re-appearing. (00:15:25)
The One Where No One Proposes - S9-E1
Revealing mistake: When Rachel is breastfeeding Emma for the first time, the baby's head is constantly moving in the same repetitive pattern suggesting it is one of those life-like dolls. Babies do not move their heads like that. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: When Ross and Rachel are standing at Ross' door after Rachel comes over to say goodbye and they are hugging and talking, Ross' right hand changes from being on Rachel's shoulder to on her waist and then back to her shoulder. (00:00:35)
The One With the Baby on the Bus - S2-E6
Continuity mistake: When Rachel is introducing the "professional musician" in Central Perk, just as she walks off a bald black man in a red shirt walks past the window. Then the woman sits on her stool and the man walks past again. (00:13:50)
The One Where Underdog Gets Away - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when Chandler makes a toast, he is holding the glass in his right hand. In the next shot, the glass has jumped to his left hand. (00:21:05)
Suggested correction: He switches the glass from right to left, so, unfortunately you're wrong.
The mistake is valid. While we do see him switching his glass between hands during the scene, when he says he's glad everyone's Thanksgiving sucked, he raises his glass in his right hand. In the next shot it's switched to his left and lowered a bit. Since this happens between shots (and he's not off camera), it means no time elapsed, so there's no time for him to switch hands again (in the submitted pictures, the bottom picture is the first shot and the top picture is the 2nd shot).
The One After Joey And Rachel Kiss - S10-E1
Continuity mistake: At the end, Ross walks into Joey's apartment, he walks past the door. Next shot he is level with the middle of the door. (00:27:00)
The One With Phoebe's Uterus - S4-E11
Continuity mistake: When Monica is drawing the seven erotic zones, she says there are seven and Rachel says, "Let me see that!" Rachel has one leg on the couch and then in a flash she has them both on the table. (00:14:05)
Continuity mistake: At the very end when U2 are on the radio it shows Rachel picking up the phone to ring the radio station. Without the song skipping it cuts to Ross and straight away the DJ comes on and says that Rachel rang her and told her what Ross did. How did Rachel ring up within the space of a second or two and say what Ross did and get the message through on to the radio? (00:20:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ben is playing with the building blocks, they change with each shot, and he holds different coloured blocks each time. (00:15:20)
The One With Princess Consuela - S10-E14
Visible crew/equipment: When Rachel announces a job in Paris, a stage light is reflected in the pot behind her. (00:20:45)
The One With The Mugging - S9-E15
Continuity mistake: When Chandler, Rachel and Monica are discussing the sneakers, Rachel is holding a water bottle. In a close up shot it has the cap on it, in the next far shot it is on the table without a cap. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: After Ross drops the cake, when everyone gathers around the table, there is a shot of Monica with no one behind her. In the next shot, Phoebe has appeared next to the lamp behind Monica from nowhere. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Chandler mentions about the disposable cameras to Monica to cheer her up, Joeys hands are together. Next shot they are apart. (00:00:50)

Continuity mistake: The first time Phoebe performs at the library this takes place at the same time Joey is on his date. During Joey's date, it's night time. But, when Phoebe is singing, it's broad daylight outside. (00:07:20)
The One With The Routine - S6-E10
Continuity mistake: When the Snippy Guy is pointing out couples to go on the platforms next, he points to one couple with his left hand, while holding a clipboard in his right hand. In the very next shot he points to the next couple, but this time with his right hand while holding the clipboard in his left. (00:11:15)
