Revealing mistake: Whenever Monica's apartment is shot from the point of view of the balcony looking in, fake walls have to be put up across the room to cover the open space (since there is no wall there usually). When the friends are looking out the window at Ugly Naked Guy and his girlfriend in this episode, you can see that the rear wall does not extend nearly far enough - there is a large black space behind Monica. Continuity mistake: Chandler walks into his apartment to find Rachel eating cheesecake without him. As the door is shutting, the pen on the Magnadoodle is hanging loose; it can be heard hitting the door when Chandler is closing it. The next shot shows Rachel stop eating, and when we next see Chandler, the door is closed and the pen is in its holder. (00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode when we first see Carol breastfeed Ben, Susan puts a pillow under Ben's head twice. (00:00:30)
The One With All The Thanksgivings - S5-E8
Revealing mistake: When Joey has the turkey on his head, and Chandler is by the door, look at the wall to Chandler's right. It's a "wild wall" - i.e., a movable wall put there to extend the set outward an additional few feet, since the camera normally doesn't see that far forward. The wall angles oddly away from the room, and you can see how the line and pattern of the hallway floor continues into the room. (00:06:15)

Revealing mistake: When Rachel says, "If you want this cart you're gonna have to take me with it.", you can see Ross mouth "with it" behind her. (00:20:30)
Suggested correction: Ross makes a grimace with his mouth before and during the line but is not mouthing lines.
The One In Vegas, Part 2 - S5-E24
Factual error: When Monica rolls an 8 to buy everyone a steak dinner, the one die is positioned with a 5 and 4 facing the camera (the 5 on the left, and 4 on the right). With the die that way round a 1 is always on top. There is no other way to get the 5 and 4 combo. This means that Monica had a 7 on the other die, That is impossible. And so she did not roll an 8. Continuity mistake: In the scene when Joey is talking to the producers of Mac and Cheese, he says, "We're not even shooting them anymore?!" As he says this he lifts his left arm up, but in the very next shot his left arm is back down by his side. (00:14:40)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Ross, Chandler, and the bullies are fighting in the street, an extra bumps the fire hydrant and it wobbles and slides over. (00:21:55)

Revealing mistake: In the shot where Monica and Phoebe are taking off the wax strips, they make a big fuss about how much it hurts. However, watch carefully and you will see one of the strips just fall off. (00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: In the previous episode Monica had a very bad cold. This episode carries on immediately after the end of the last one (Monica's still in her dressing gown from earlier), but Monica isn't coughing or sneezing at all anymore. (00:00:05)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe visits Lizzie, Lizzie is feeding the pigeons with her right hand. In the next shot, a plastic bag has appeared in her left hand from nowhere. (00:11:40)

Continuity mistake: When Ross arrives at the classroom late and out of breath, he tosses his jacket at the hook, but it falls to the floor, and he walks behind the desk anyway. In the next wideshot of the class, as Ross still stands behind the desk, the coat is up on the hook. Continuity mistake: Ross is over at Chandler and Joey's looking through the peep hole for hours waiting for Rachel to return. When she does and Ross sees her go inside with Mark, Ross tries to open the door to go see her, and Chandler jumps on his back to stop him. As Chandler says "I...am not going to let you do this", Ross grabs the door handle. Then the angle changes, and as Chandler says "You...are surprisingly strong," Ross is further from the handle and grabs it again. (00:13:15)
Continuity mistake: In the previous episode, Ross rings the helpline of the makers of the pen and is told the pen won't come off. Yet in this episode it vanishes from Ross and Rachel's faces between getting up and going to breakfast. (00:02:25)
