Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the episode, the exterior shot of Central Perk shows about 8-10 people inside the cafe, at the coffee bar, at the tables. Continuity mistake: When Ross explains to Phoebe about "Vikram" the big dark jewel on her necklace switches repeatedly from hanging at the left side of her neck to the middle, then to the right side and again to the left side again between shots. (00:16:10)

Other mistake: When we see the chess board at Central Perk that Ross and Chandler are using, the black pawn in front of the black knight nearest the camera is missing, and from the arrangement of the white pieces, it cannot have been captured yet.
The One With Rachel's Phone Number - S9-E9
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Chandler pretends that he just got home from Tulsa and meets Joey who is waiting in the hallway outside the apartment, the camera cuts between Chandler and Joey. Every time the camera shows Chandler, there is a wooden wall at the left edge of the screen with an orange tape. This is evidently part of the set, because when the camera cuts to Joey, the wooden wall with the orange tape is nowhere to be seen. (00:16:45)

Continuity mistake: In the coffee house scene when Joey reveals that he is working there, the strap on Joey's apron goes back and forth from being twisted around his neck and then straightened out. (00:10:50 - 00:12:50)

Revealing mistake: When Chandler bangs his head on the bathroom wall after realising Janice is at the restaurant, the wall wobbles, revealing it is part of the set. (00:04:15)

Visible crew/equipment: During the song Phoebe made about her mother's suicide, when she says "How was I supposed to know my mom was dead in the kitchen?", a crew member is reflected on her guitar. (00:04:10)
Suggested correction: It's a coffee shop with numerous people inside. The reflection you see is just the outline of a person. No way to distinguish if it's crew or a patron of the shop.
The One Where Nana Dies Twice - S1-E8
Visible crew/equipment: When Monica and Ross meet up with their parents and their nana, a boom mic is visible at the top of the screen. (00:04:20)
The One Where Underdog Gets Away - S1-E9
Visible crew/equipment: When Chandler runs into the apartment to say Underdog has gotten away, a crew member can be seen reflected in the sun shaped mirror behind him walking through the back of the shot. It can't have been Rachel, Monica, Phoebe or Joey because Joey is sitting down and Rachel, Monica and Phoebe are nowhere near the mirror. (00:14:05)

Other mistake: When Rachel leaves the apartment to pursue Ross to the airport, she is turning to the left when she exits the apartment. The stairs are to the right.

Continuity mistake: When Monica says, "she's not going to like that chicken either," Chandler's arms are crossed. Then the shot changes, and they're now by his face. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rachel and Monica are discussing whether or not Rachel should meet Ross at the airport she's taking a bottle of red wine out of the refrigerator, but when she places it on the table in the next camera shot the bottle of wine is suddenly a bottle of white wine. (00:16:25)

Visible crew/equipment: In the shot where Monica suggests that Ross creates the questions, there is a red boom mic followed by a blue boom mic at the top center of the screen. (00:05:15)

Continuity mistake: While everyone is booing Mike and Phoebe, the guy sitting behind Phoebe changes position in every shot.

Visible crew/equipment: After Ross introduces Charlie to Phoebe and Monica in Monica's' apartment Charlies' cell phone rings. She turns around and in the back where the "secret closet" is, you can see on the left corner two spotlights.
