Continuity mistake: Paul finally opens up, and cries like a baby to Rachel. While talking to her at the breakfast bar in the kitchen (when Rachel is trying to distract him with sex), he's wearing a white linen shirt that constantly changes between tear-stained and wrinkled to ironed and clean.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe goes to visit her mum for the first time, before she takes the photo off the fridge the cookie jar has its lid on. After she has taken the photo off the fridge, the lid has come off the cookie jar though there is no way Phoebe senior could have taken it off.
Visible crew/equipment: Just after Chandler says "I'm the smallest person in the world", and Joey comes out of his room, check the top left of the screen - you can see a boom mic track Matt LeBlanc across the set, and the bottom of some stage lights in the middle.
Continuity mistake: In the beginning in the coffee house, Ross is explaining to Phoebe and Rachel what 'Unagi' is. The blonde lady behind Phoebe is wearing light blue jeans. She then puts a brown leather jacket on, however in the next shot it has gone, only to reappear and disappear again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Monica and Chandler are discussing the date he had with Ginger, when he says, "She's great looking," two stage lights are visible in the background. This mistake is visible for a long period of time, where it's slightly visible, shown in shadows, and largely visible as Chandler and Monica are talking.
Continuity mistake: When 'Drake' is having dinner with Erica (the stalker), Joey is seen to be wearing a ring on the ring finger of his left hand. This can been seen just before another diner begins to choke. When the episode cuts back to them in the restaurant, the ring is gone.
Continuity mistake: Near the end when Monica and Chandler are going on to dance for the last time, Monica speaks and her hair is neatly behind her right ear. The shot then looks to Chandler before going back to Monica immediately. However her hair is suddenly behind her left ear when she can't have moved it as her hands are in the shot at all times.
