He puts his right hand against the window, partially on the frame, and he slides it downwards. But in the shot from the side, that hand is entirely off the frame; in fact, to the side of it. Continuity mistake: Designated victim Katie is at the creepy South African CEO's mansion. She sipped quite a bit of her drink at the beginning of the scene, but once she puts it back on the table, the glass is practically full again. (01:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When, in a particularly bold move, Boyd pushes Farner against the doorframe, Farner laughs nervously, saying, "Obviously you don't know who you're talking to." Cole Hauser's thumb is stretched up behind Brian Kurlander's ear all of a sudden. (01:06:40)

Continuity mistake: During the manhunt following the bar incident, Randoku pounces on Boyd, sending him to the floor. Now when you see Boyd's reaction from the front, it's pretty straightforward; he crawls a bit, just enough to reach for the gun, which he grabs so he can try and shoot the fugitive. However, the camera angle behind Boyd tells a slightly different story; he fumbles at first, sending the gun further away from him, and then he manages to grab it. In the other camera angle, the gun is always at the same spot (which doesn't match the other angle). (00:55:20)

Continuity mistake: Lucas helps traumatized bartender Terry back on her feet, holding her right hand, which becomes the left hand as the angle changes. (00:51:20)

Continuity mistake: The obtuse captain annoys Detective Lucas Boyd, ridiculing his theory about the 'medicine man from Africa', so Boyd gets up and leaves. He shouts his name, hand on the desk. Detective Kersch tells him, "he's onto something", and you can see at the left of the frame Peter Stormare's position changed; his hand is up, just the elbow rests on the table. (00:49:40)

Continuity mistake: When Lucas puts the envelope on Dr. Mackles' desk the first time he visits him, it's turned in a different direction depending on the camera angle, as you can tell by the sticker. (00:34:15)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, an Italian detective discovers the body of a girl. He puts a hand on her shoulder to roll her over; his ring and pinky fingers are touching the girl's bare skin. Not in close-up, though; all of his fingers are on the short sleeve of her dirty T-shirt. (00:02:25)
