Continuity mistake: When Masha reaches over to strip the tape off Jerry's mouth, look at the large duct tape cocoon he is wrapped into, in particular his lap. Later in the same scene when the crazy woman speaks to him it cuts to the same angle of the room (like when she says "Do you like these glasses?"), and you can see his constraints are different; there's a large visible strip of tape across his lap that was not there before. Continuity mistake: In the theater lavatory, Arthur puts the usher jacket in the sink. Part of the jacket drapes to the side of the sink, but at the cut the cloth is entirely contained in it. (01:05:00)

Continuity mistake: Arthur inadvertently fires a gunshot in his living room. Right as he tumbles across the table, he knocks off the table the paper bag the gun came with, and knocks towards the edge of the table a pill bottle. In the closer angle shot when he cranks up the volume of the TV set, the bag is still on the table and the bottle is gone. The newspapers are also positioned differently. In the next shot we're back to the previous state (pills up, bag down, newspapers closer together). (00:23:10)

Continuity mistake: In the first shot of the pediatric ward you can see on the left aisle a plush ladybug toy. When Arthur drops the gun, the toy suddenly between cuts is found in the arms of a patient, and then on the bed by him. (00:28:30)

In the rest of the scene, Jean-Luc Picard and Data are playing poker in front of two side windows and a central window that is wider than the other two combined. (00:00:30)

Continuity mistake: When Arthur Fleck gets hit by the yellow sign, the sign breaks in two different ways in the two separate shots - the first time it is evident that the bottom half of the sign splits further in the middle, while in the wider angle it stays largely intact. (00:02:50)

Continuity mistake: Dahj's boyfriend stands to go get something from the replicator. Dahj has her hands off camera, but in the wider angle she is leaning against her right arm and has the wine glass lifted, so both should have been visible. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: Dahj is fighting the last remaining assailant on the rooftop. The guy tries to use a rifle on her...swinging it like a mace, for some reason. She disarms him and the rifle falls joining the helmet on the ground. When she picks the weapon up, the helmet is gone. (00:32:30)
