Continuity mistake: When Wendy takes Van's coat off to wipe him clean and check for wounds, her hair falls entirely in front of both shoulders in some shots, just some front bangs in other shots. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: During the musical montage when Neo sees again the birds fly in the same pattern, there's a bit when "Tiffany" gets her order from the counter and exits the coffee shop. Neo is eating from his poke bowl, chopsticks in his left hand. His right hand is flat on the table, but in the next shot we see him through the window, and his right hand is turned 90°. (00:26:25)

There's a discontinuity between the two shots - he's got the bottle in hand all of a sudden and the glass is suddenly there. Additionally, throughout the scene the same glass appears and disappears and the bottle is turned in a direction and then the opposite multiple times. (00:01:55)

Continuity mistake: Wendy has to get on her tiptoes to reach the counter at the hotel lobby. However, when she looks at Carmen99 talking to Van, she reaches the counter comfortably without having to do so. (00:03:25)

Continuity mistake: After Van is hit by the bullet in the heart, we see the citizens of Evergreen that are mobilizing. The two buses that act as gate to the village are positioned front to back, while in the rest of the episode they were and will be facing each other. (00:14:30)

Continuity mistake: The prosecutor interrupts Tully being fed every line saying that he's "leading the witness." She leans on the table, but before the cut ("Mr Tully...") you see her pull back and begin to raise her hands. Next shot and she is still palms flat on the table. (00:30:25)

Continuity mistake: Before the trial, Tully leans over the table and tells the boys that he got his law degree at night school; Ray in the reverse shot is holding his pencil at table level, while it was well under it out of frame in the previous. (00:28:00)

Continuity mistake: When the bandit shoots Van, and he quickly counters using his weapon, behind the bandit you can see the corpses of the other villagers; amongst them, look at the one who died with his back against the casket ending up in a sitting position. His legs go towards his right, in the previous and following part of the scene they are straight. (00:02:25)

Continuity mistake: During Oscar's physical, Ray is holding the recorder in his right hand, then as the camera switches to the reverse angle his tape recorder is in the left hand. (00:16:50)

Continuity mistake: Ray answers the phone getting a momentary break from Peter's questioning. He picks up the receiver holding a pencil between index and middle finger, but when the camera angle changes the pencil is gone, and he later picks it from the book on the desk. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: In front of the puppy testing box, Egon tells Dana not to worry and lowers his instrument. Dana gives him her number in the next shot, which begins with Egon holding the device higher again. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: Van pretends to surrender to the three armed marauders. There's a close-up of a revolver inside a casket.The revolver lies practically in front of the adjoined hands of the dead person. In the wide shot from above it is resting on the side of the flower bed instead. (00:01:50)
