Taylor has the hair on her right side tucked into her jacket, but next time the camera is on her, her hair is neatly arranged over the shoulder. Similarly, her hair on the left shoulder changes position between shots just before Maddie drags her out to meet their plus-size friend. (00:06:20)

Continuity mistake: Agent CG is having her morning jog and there's a sizeable sweat spot on her top. That is, until she gets to the park for her scene with Mr. Master of disguise himself captain Fletcher: at that point her sweat stain reduces size considerably. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: As Shaft is stick fighting in the stable, the Emir's attendant makes a comment about his penis (no, seriously, he does!). The man is leaning against the door with his hand positioned 3 different ways in 3 different shots. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: Mr. Kelly pimpslaps Rita as she is grabbing her things, and he walks away to answer the phone. Between shots, the mules on the table have rotated, and in similar fashion the suitcase is also now parallel to the side of the table instead of being at an angle. (00:34:30)

Continuity mistake: When Captain Bollin is questioning Shaft in his office, his hand position between shots is not always consistent. Best example when he asks Shaft about Mascola: he is leaning with his left hand on the top of the file cabinet, but he's shown rubbing his hands together in the following shot. (00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Dingle walks past all the other prospect tenants for the apartment, the young fella at the top of the stairs on the right is holding his newspaper in 3 different ways in separate consecutive shots. Not just that: the No Vacancy sign Dingle hung on the letterbox is tilted differently in separate shots. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: When "Ms. Montenegro" is talking to Lou about her niece at the Convent and Kennels, he sits down, and next to his elbow there's an object on the desk. After a quick cut, the object has disappeared entirely with no explanation and with Peter Falk in the same position as before. (00:12:00)

Continuity mistake: Lou hands a dry martini with onion to Madeline Kahn's femme fatale. She takes the glass with the right hand and begins stirring the drink with her left hand. New shot, and she is holding the glass in her left, stirring with her right. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: During the first meeting between Lou and Madeline Kahn, her fur stole changes position between shots almost more often than she changes names. (00:09:30 - 00:10:30)

Continuity mistake: When the police officer enters the hotel room with the elderly couple, the old man has his mouth open wider in the second shot, and the woman is looking straight ahead instead of up. (00:05:45)
