Kim Possible (2019)

Continuity mistake: Athena shows Kim the cosplay pic she took at Comicon, with the dog posing as Ron. Kim's hands are touching (or hovering by) the phone in the wider angle but not in the close-up. Similarly, when a few moments later she says "I didn't really have any friends" etc, the phone switches from her left hand to the right between shots. (00:30:25)

Lupin III (2015)

The Marriage of Lupin III - S1-E1

Kim Possible (2019)

Continuity mistake: Establishing shot of the soccer field, all the team is in front of Kim. The last row of players has the rightmost one well on the outside of the second row, but in the view with camera in front of Bonnie, the squad is compacted to be in frame, the player in question now being behind the very tall rightmost player in the second row. Lupin III (2015)

The Sharpshooter - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: When Nino collapses (camera positioned behind Jigen's head) you can see a blood streak on his right arm as well as the left arm. In the rest of the scene he has blood only on the left arm. Moreover, when Jigen picks him up the puddle of blood on the floor has a different shape compared to what we see when he leaves doctor Livia to her medical duties. (00:12:20)

Kim Possible (2019)

Continuity mistake: On the ramp fighting Dementor's goons while Ron is working on freeing up the doc, Kim disposes of the first two with an armdrag. The way they land is incoherent with what is shown during the sequence when she drags a third towards her with the hook, as the downed opponents keep changing position and even the direction they face. Charlie's Angels (1976)

Season 1 generally

Continuity mistake: Pilot Episode: The Angels have gathered and the slideshow with the mission briefing is starting. Kate Jackson turns around and puts her glass next to the ink stamp, but when the desk is shown at an angle from the front displaying projector, Bosley and the guy with the horrible 'do that won't be in the rest of the series, then the glass is not present. Continuity mistake: At the club event with the Aquaspin sponsorship, Conner's manager hands Paula a drink. The drink switches hands in the last shot before she starts talking to the camera. (00:18:30)

Continuity mistake: Conner is back home, but his publicist drags him out and they go to a club, with Conner wearing a ton of makeup. They turn around hearing some loud riff; Sarah Silverman has her glass of wine on the counter in the first shot, held up in the reverse. (01:02:30)

Mizuiro uchû ni 'Tokimeki' - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: The crew, with the freshly added 3 Aestivalis pilots, is going down with the turbolift. In the view from above, Jun Aoi is standing close to the wall, to the side of Goat. In the shot that follows though, he is in front of him impeding part of the view. (00:11:45)

Ruri chan 'Kôkai nisshi' - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Megumi mentions the fact that the captain celebrates weddings and not just funerals, the magazine in her lap has a light blue cover. After Yurika runs away bawling, her magazine has a red cover with different artwork. (00:07:40)

Mizuiro uchû ni 'Tokimeki' - S1-E4

Continuity mistake: During the 'double attack' against the robot called by Hikaru with a Gundam reference "Devil Aestivalis", her mecha is in front of Izumi's as they approach waving left and right, but when they get punched away Izumi's is the one leading the attack. (00:18:40)

Ranma ½ (1989)

Gekiretsu shoujo Shanpû toujou! Watashi inochi azukemasu - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: Ranma runs away from Shampoo's first assault. There's an establishing shot of the 'Pand' cafe, and you can see the big hole in the wall. The debris is shaped like rocks, thicker than the wall they supposedly were a part of. In the next shot, when Akane points her to the wrong direction, you can also see toppled furniture and a dude poking his head out of the wall, not matching the earlier view. (00:03:55)

Ranma ½ (1989)

Gekiretsu shoujo Shanpû toujou! Watashi inochi azukemasu - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: Shampoo breaks a part of the outer wall of the Tendo house swinging at Akane. You can see the chui wrecked through 3 vertical rows and part of a fourth, completely destroying horizontal wooden slats. After the intermission we see Akene raging next to the wall, which is now broken in barely 3 sections and with a visible horizontal slat intact in one out of 3. (00:09:50 - 00:11:45)

Ranma ½ (1989)

Gekiretsu shoujo Shanpû toujou! Watashi inochi azukemasu - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: As Mr. Tendo is fuming, Shampoo pulls out a book. Seen from behind, she is holding it with the thumb of her left hand along the edge. In the reverse shot, the position of her hand is not consistent; her thumb should be visible or at least part of her hand should be closer, for the thumb to be in that position and at that height. Shanpû no hangeki! Hissatsu shiatsuken wa mimo kokomo ubau - S1-E16

Continuity mistake: Ranma chased by Shampoo keeps running in circles around the breakfast table. Akane is eating from a brown colored bowl, but when she gets up and screams she had enough, on the table there are only light purple bowls. We can get a glimpse of the brown one on the table a moment later once Shampoo bounces off Akane flicking away with her toes. (00:04:15)
