Continuity mistake: Ranma chased by Shampoo keeps running in circles around the breakfast table. Akane is eating from a brown colored bowl, but when she gets up and screams she had enough, on the table there are only light purple bowls. We can get a glimpse of the brown one on the table a moment later once Shampoo bounces off Akane flicking away with her toes. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: Akane begins guessing Ranma's name, and for each wrong guess the classmates in the background assume a wacky position. Right between "ROM" and "Help me Ronda" though, the classmates are in the initial position instead of the one following the Ranko ginsu knives. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: Kasumi is at the shops in town. She hears distant shouts and looks over. Her ponytail is animated as it flops down her shoulder, ribbon in front. Different view, and the ribbon is lying on top of her shoulder. (00:16:55)

Continuity mistake: After the scene with naked Ryoga in the gym warehouse, Ranma is walking home with Akane. He is walking on top of a wall that transitions from concrete to horizontal palisade, but as the shot changes, it is a full fence all along. Not just that; the billboard located in front of the junction has different notes posted on it, from 2 to 3. (00:16:00)

Other mistake: Not getting too deep into the obvious absurdity of the gag (I don't think a prospect husband would be too impressed if you serve him a pig complete with everything, obviously poorly cooked and don't even take off the bandanna/collar it is wearing!), it has to be noted that the bandanna Ryoga is wearing is covered with hibiscus sauce in the first shot, but clean in the following. Revealing mistake: In his close-up when he grins at Ranma after his request to help him figure out what happened to Akane, Ryoga is drawn really obviously with the hair going under his eyebrows. (00:15:00)

Continuity mistake: When Saotome narrates the technique he saw Shampoo perform on Akane, he is holding the tea cup in his hands; hand position and polka dot pattern vary between the two shots. (00:19:20)

Continuity mistake: Akane opens the door and looks into the bedroom. The futon Ranma sleeps in is blue with a white border, but when Shampoo in close-up is snuggling up to him, it's all blue. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: When Ranma holds P-Chan and slaps him back into consciousness, his thumb is always on the opposite side of the bandana, no matter which side that is. (00:09:05)
