Do-It-Yourself Mr. Bean - S1-E13
Factual error: On a close-up of Mr. Bean's calendar at the very beginning, New Year's Eve 1993 is depicted as a Saturday, but in reality, this day was a Friday. (00:00:40)
The Mysterious Affair at Styles - S3-E1
Plot hole: Can't fault this massive plot hole to the adaptation, but to the source material; the culprit (forgetting the stupidity of writing an incriminating letter detailing the plan to murder someone, and put it in a desk he shares with her) since there are people outside the room that are about to enter, tears the letter in 3 neat vertical strips, rolls them, puts them in the vase on the mantlepiece, and then opens the side door to slip away...instead of simply pocketing the letter and going through that same door. Nobody was going to search him or anything and could have burned it, torn it into confetti, anything, later. It takes way way longer to do what he did, which needed him to stay there in the room increasing the chances of being found out. And of course he and his accomplice do not retrieve the letter after.
Revealing mistake: Carl, Eddie, and Steve are out ice fishing. At one point Carl falls through the "ice" and you can clearly see that the "ice" is made of some sort of styrofoam. It looks like the stuff used for packaging. The snow looks just as fake.
House Party - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: Kelly said her youngest brother can burp his whole name Kenneth Leonard Kapowski in one burp. However in the previous year, Kelly had an infant brother named Billy. According to this info, unlikely Kenneth would be younger than Billy.
Suggested correction: Kelly can have more than one brother because in the episode where Kelly gets her job at the Max she said "I cook every night for my 11 siblings". So he could be younger or just have a nickname.
The mistake is valid because she says her "youngest" brother, not "younger." In the episode "The Babysitters" (which was meant to air in season 1 and produced before "House Party"), her brother Billy is an infant and says his first words. Kelly has 6 siblings and she never said she cooked for 11 siblings when getting a job at The Max. She says she sets the dinner table for 9 people three times a night.
Ironically, the show only reveals 5 siblings each in their own individual episode. (#6 is unknown). Bennett (mentioned), Nicki (seen), Kyle (voice heard only), Kenneth (mentioned), Billy (seen) are the 5 of 6 siblings revealed.
Continuity mistake: This is a mistake for the introduction from seasons 2-20 (1991-2009). When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: When Mario, Toad and Luigi are driving to the rebel fort, the seatbelts they are wearing disappear for most of the scene. (00:17:30 - 00:18:40)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Witch of Walls grabs frog Link's tongue to inspect it, the first shot shows the hole in the wall from where she came out has vanished, then it's back again in the next shot. In the same two shots, her hands change from being right on top of his hand and left on bottom, to left on top and right on the bottom of Link's tongue. (00:10:25)
Continuity mistake: In season 1 Hobbie was 13 and in season 2 he is 10 years old.
The Leap Home (1) - November 25, 1969 - S3-E1
Factual error: The Post Raisin Bran cereal box sitting on the Beckett family breakfast table in 1969 has a 1990s box design. (00:18:00)
Old Scores - S2-E17
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Shaddock is shot in the arm you can see that the wound moves from near his elbow to his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Red Buckley is about to enter Emil Duval's house at night before discovering the black pearl, the lights inside the house are on, but when he finally enters the house they are off. Later when he goes out, they are on again.
Plot hole: If the electrical lights go out at a quarter past ten at Guardbridge, how come there is bright electrical (as suggested by it not flickering like candle light) light coming from a room behind Hal Stanton and Catherine Faulkner when they kiss? This scene takes place after 22:15.
Other mistake: In the starting titles, the newspaper clippings state that Doogie sails through high-school in 9 weeks, the article says he is 12 years old. The next clipping says he graduates from Princeton at age 10.
Continuity mistake: When Hayden starts doing his good luck routine, there is a football on the left side of the couch on a pillow. When he stands on the couch the ball rolls off the pillow. When he steps off the couch the ball is suddenly on the other side of the couch. The next shot the ball is back on the pillow.
Chûgoku kara kita aitsu! Chotto hen!! - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Ranma is battling Genma at the very beginning, she slides into the main road. Behind her is a vending machine for drinks, only, it's marked "DOLINK" (bad transliteration). (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: Debbie Dobson is looking through a photograph album, the pages she has open have photos of her sister Gemma. The angle changes when Gemma enters the room, just before Debbie turns the page the photos that can now be seen are of Debbie herself. (00:04:45)
Plot hole: When Ellie leaves Ft. Smith on a whiskey boat, she's just been seen with the morning sickness a day or two before. When she leaves the whiskey boat, somewhere between Arkansas and Nebraska, she says she's pregnant but is not showing at all. Even the snaggle-toothed frontier weirdo played by Steve Buscemi remarks that, "You ain't gonna be havin' no baby fer a while yet." The day she gets to Clara's, near Ogallala, Nebraska, she has the baby. Pregnancy lasts nine months. Morning sickness usually begins at about six weeks into it. Ft. Smith, Arkansas, to Ogallala is 561 miles. Even just walking three miles an hour for eight hours a day, one could make it in less than a month. But going via boat and mule-drawn wagon took her over seven months?
Continuity mistake: In the shot of the railway bridge after it collapses completely, look closely near the end of the tracks, and you'll see a small flame that was caused by the sparks. But in the next shot of the bridge, the flame has disappeared.
