Correction: Slater never said he was an only child in any episode. Only Zack and Screech have each confirmed they were an only child (Screech confirmed it in this episode). JB was just never mentioned before this episode. His mother was never seen in the whole series, but she still could have easily existed.

Correction: It's never been stated in any episode that Kelly is the oldest in her family. Yes, some episodes featured younger brothers and at least one younger sister, and two younger brothers came up to her at her wedding in Las Vegas, but still doesn't prove she's the oldest- she said she had an older brother who was 19 at one point so she is most likely 2nd oldest or so.

The New Girl - S4-E4

Corrected entry: When Zach gives the presentation for the electronic date book, the lockers seen out in the hallway are all light blue. When Tori and Zach walk out that same classroom, into the hall, all the lockers are now orange.

Correction: The lockers seen from the view inside of the classroom are from the other hallway by the bathrooms. They are in fact blue. However we never see the main hallway lockers that are in fact orange in that camera's view.

Correction: Jessie punched her brother with a right cross, which would hit him in the right eye. He even mentions watch out for her right cross later in the episode.

Show generally

Corrected entry: If you watch the later seasons of the show, you'll see that Zack and his friends graduate TWICE; once with Kelly and once with Tori.

Slater's Sister - S4-E16

Plot hole: Lisa, Zack & Screech all talk to JB as if they have known her since she was little. However, they have only known Slater for approximately four years, so them knowing her from a little girl, as implied, wouldn't be possible.

Suggested correction: JB is only featured in one episode. The fact the kids knew her already (even if up to four years) doesn't mean she was known since a little girl...just that they all previously met her at some point.

Trivia: During the final 2 seasons of Saved by the Bell, most notably the season with Tori and the one following it, look for actor Casper Van Dien in the background of some episodes. He appeared in many scenes throughout the final 2 seasons as a random background extra, most notably in the locker hallway scenes. This was before he made it big in Hollywood.

No Hope With Dope - S3-E21

Question: At the start of the episode "No Hope With Dope", Lisa runs into the hallway with exciting news, and Zack responds to Lisa using a sentence ending with "you'll crack your makeup." The audience (primarily young females) starts screaming and cheering very loudly to that line. I am trying to understand what about that "crack your makeup" line was there to scream and go ga-ga about.

Answer: Zack is always good for a sarcastic jibe. Lisa was written as the most fashion and make-up conscious of the Bayside High girls. She was also portrayed as serious and somewhat prissy. The "crack your makeup" comment was a throwaway line. Zack was suggesting Lisa doesn't often get overly excited for fear of having to reapply her face. The line is met by laughter and screeches from largely adolescent female audience that seem out of proportion to the humor. "Saved By the Bell" audiences were rather prone to such excessive ebullience for no apparent reason. The reaction didn't last long, and the scene moved on quickly.

Yeah that doesn't make any sense.

Answer: If there is a reference to "cracking" make-up, the inference would be that the person piles it on or simply wears way too much make-up; the more make-up is caked (or piled) on, the less of the person's real face is visible. The implication is that deep down (i.e, underneath all the make-up), the person's face is actually UGLY.

KeyZOid

Zack and Lisa are friends (in fact the briefly date in one episode). He is definitely not calling her ugly. After re-watching the episode, it seems like some of the girls in the audience loved Lisa and wanted to cheer her in when she entered a scene. It happens another time when she walks in and it sounds like these same girls scream as soon as she enters the shot.
