No Hope With Dope - S3-E21

Character mistake: Brandon begins the scene giving his speech while he is sitting/leaning on the desk. The students all move into the picture from both sides and gather around Brandon then they all say, "There's No Hope With Dope". After the conversation with Mr. Belding, they watch the commercial they just shot (beginning with each student giving his/her opinion about drugs). Then Zach says his speech while sitting/leaning on the desk. He stands up, the rest of the students and Brandon move in and gather around Zach, then Brandon gives his anti-drug speech.

The Wicked Stepbrother (2) - S3-E14

Character mistake: While holding the fake raffle, Zack says Mr. Belding won't be back for two days. Mr. Belding shows up suddenly, surprising the boys that he's back early - however, at the end of the scene, Slater says to Belding, "we weren't expecting you back til tomorrow."

No Hope With Dope - S3-E21

Continuity mistake: At the end when they finish the commercial, nothing at all is the same on the playback as what they showed them do. None was the same. The wording and also the places and stances everyone was doing. The entire thing was different in the playback.

Zack: You know, I've finally found out the best thing about high school, once you graduate you don't have to come back.

Show generally

Question: In the very beginning of the series Zach, Lisa, Screech and Mr. Belding all live in Indiana and attend the same junior high. Somehow they all end up in Malibu, California attending the same high school. Does anyone else find this a little odd?

Answer: The show that took place in Indiana that you are referring to was titled "Good Morning Miss Bliss." This show only lasted one season. The kids on the show, however, were popular so they decided to create a spin-off titled "Saved By the Bell," that aired on Saturday Mornings. I'm sure they changed the location because they thought the California setting would make the show more fun and watchable for pre-teens and teens.
