Plot hole: When the invisible Spongebob and Patrick scare Sandy, they are using a sheet to appear as "ghosts". However, the form of the sheet reveals that they don't have their helmet bowls on. How could they survive in the treedome that time? They sounded fine, not dehydrated.
Continuity mistake: Willow is turned into a ghost. Throughout the entire episode, she can't touch anything (can't turn the pages of a book, etc.), yet towards the end when she and Giles go to Ethan's shop, and she leaves, you can hear that she opened and closed the door, even though she can walk through walls and can't actually touch the door. The curtain moves when she leaves too.
Plot hole: In the previous episode, "Dooku Captured," we see the pirates drug the Jedis' drinks, but we then see them swap their mugs with the ones next to them. We even see those pirates passed out as the camera pulls back, just before the credits. How then are Obi Wan and Anakin captured at the opening of this episode if they changed drinks? Obi Wan even says, "We were drugged."
Continuity mistake: After Mrs. Russo puts Justin and Max in the lair, she is wondering if she should put the big lock on the door or not. She decides not to and puts the lock down on the counter. Two shots later you see the lock is back on the door, but unlocked. You never see Mrs. Russo put the lock on the door.
Visible crew/equipment: After John successfully instructs Aeryn on how to maneuver and slingshot Moya away from the PK's Command Carrier, Zhaan gives John a very special thank you. When it cuts to the DRD scooting across the floor in Moya's empty Command, a crew member wearing shorts can be seen at the right side of the screen, as he's looking in the direction of the DRD, and is presumably controlling the DRD's remote control.
Continuity mistake: Ash suddenly has a Charmander, but his original Charmander evolved all the way to Charizard a long time ago, and we never see him get another Charmander. He couldn't have gotten another one, as we see each and every single pokemon that he catches within the show. Even in the Japanese-only episodes, he catches a bunch of Tauros, which Oak mentions when he returns to the lab.
Continuity mistake: Robin is chasing Red X. Red X throws a net of some kind onto Robin, then Robin says, "I'm fine. Get X. Go." and points toward Red X. Later, we find out that this was actually a hologram of Robin, when Starfire accidentally activates it again. However, this time, the hologram of Robin does not point after his dialogue.
Continuity mistake: When Marrianne calls Harold to the table, the plant in the middle disappears as they climb on top of it.
Other mistake: When Rube is searching the hard-copy (paper) archives, the young man with him opens the last box and pulls out an old "Wanted" poster with Rube's face on it. He tells Rube "This guy looks just like you." Since season 1, episode 1, we've known that Grim Reapers don't look like they did when they were alive (i.e., Millie/Un-George). Yet somehow, Rube has not changed since his life/death.
Revealing mistake: "Alan a Dale": Lady Mildred rides side-saddle. But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. For just a moment, the lady appears to have three legs.
