Character mistake: At the end of the scene in the grocery store when Rachel collapses and people run to her aid, the camera pans out to reveal a sign that prominently reveals a sale on "Pop Tards" or possibly "Pop Taros."
Winning Through Intimidation - S1-E15
Continuity mistake: Panik's Metal Guardian can be seen on the field several minutes before he actually plays it. (00:10:30 - 00:13:00)
Revealing mistake: In brother Justin's padded cell, the far wall is obviously a painted backdrop. It even flutters when the orderly and doctor walk in! The only solid part is a couple of feet at the end, that Justin leans up against.
Super Nova - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Stan, Xev and Kai are walking to the Memory Chamber, they seem to walk out of a two dimensional line at the lower left into the scene. The set and green screen weren't quite synched.
Continuity mistake: When Luke and the others arrive at Gateway, there's a Smart car with its doors wide open. When they start walking and the shot changes, the doors are now hardly open. The doors keep changing position depending on the shot thereafter.
Factual error: When Alina stands outside of the door to the banquet hall, waiting to demonstrate her power to the king and queen, there is a modern electronic occupancy sensor on the wall behind her.
Revealing mistake: During the opening theme, when the children are watching the magician, you can tell they were not actually filmed together. The magician scenes are filmed more professionally using a sharper tape or film image, whereas the children scenes look more like a standard fuzzier film-type such as on a projector (primarily used at that time).
Other mistake: You don't have to look further than the name; the title of the series is "Knight's and Magic" instead of "Knights and Magic".
The Town Where No One Got Off - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: The overhead boom mic dips into the scene as the old man is speaking.
Turtles All the Way Down - S1-E13
Other mistake: When Dr. Lee and Dr. Evans are arguing just after Red Reality Michael and Green Reality Michael converse, Michael turns around and says, "Shut up!" but the closed captioning says, "Enough!"
Factual error: Many elements of Marlott's trial and execution are incorrect. The judge sits with two assessors (a European practice, not a British one). He is addressed as 'Your Honour' instead of the correct 'My Lord'. He instructs the jury to find Marlott guilty and then goes straight to sentencing, which would never happen; a judge can instruct a jury to acquit, but not convict. He puts the black cap on himself, instead of an attendant doing it. The form of words for the death sentence is incorrect. The chaplain (who appears to be Catholic, not Anglican) gives a speech at the scaffold.
Continuity mistake: When we see Coraline in Mick's vision of when he was taking her dress off at a party, her tattoo is under one of her shoulders (I think it was her left one) but later on in the series we see Morgan/Coraline wipe off the make-up on where her tattoo is...on the opposite side.
Another Song for Christmas - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: After Honest Eddy swaps cars with the old couple, there is a shot with him in the car. There is no smoke coming out of the back. Change angles, and smoke is coming out again.
Plot hole: Loki states while on trial that The Avengers should be on trial for traveling through time to change the timeline. How did he know they came back through time?
Suggested correction: He recognized that there were two Tony Starks in the lobby by the smell of their colognes, and combined with all the other unusual shenanigans going on, he correctly deduced the Avengers travelled through time, though he incorrectly thought it was to prevent his ascendancy.
How exactly do you distinguish the smell of cologne as belonging to two separate people? But besides that, it's pretty wild to jump to a conclusion about time travel when it could be that someone else happens to be wearing Axe.
I'm sure he simply recognized his voice.
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. (00:14:24 - 00:15:20)
Plot hole: During Ryder's report, as Bruce and company watch it on TV, the camera suddenly zooms in on Joker standing on a catwalk above Ryder, and none of the crew, especially not the camera man who caught the villain, makes a comment about this. They may have thought the Joker (or rather an impersonator) was perhaps a surprise gag in the show, but since this is supposed to be a serious documentary report, it is still strange that they wouldn't point it out.
Character mistake: Shaun says that the underground facility is "built like a bunker", but the single missile they dodged just created a huge hole a moment earlier. (00:11:40)
Firefly, Light My Fire - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Courage winces and reacts before the stereo-zapper is fired.
Plot hole: The powerful 'amulet of protection' makes the bullets strike the shooters instead of John. Clearly it works not just against magic and other ethereal threats, but also against physical attacks. So why does he almost get knocked over by a car? True, he isn't seriously injured, but he was thrown to the ground. The amulet should have pulverised that car or bounced it at least two blocks away.
Gortimer vs. The Mobile of Misfortune - S1-E3
Visible crew/equipment: When Stanley is riding the kart in the race, the shadow of the camera equipment is briefly visible bottom right, just before the kart starts to fall apart.
