Continuity mistake: Tim is showing the Nanny's phone to the others. He plays the message from his parents, but does it tapping the bottom part of the touchscreen, while the media file and its "play" button as established in previous views, is at the top. Likewise, when he turns towards Jane asking "Do you want to be taken care of?" he is pointing at the bottom of the device, but in the reverse shot his finger is at the top. (00:43:30)

Continuity mistake: The protagonist is told about the budget cuts that will lead to the library shutting down. During the scene, the strap of his hat keeps going back and forth in front / behind his ear. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: The protagonist just unveiled to his boss the "nest" ad, to which he suggests some not-so-minor changes. Luca Argentero is holding the drape in two very different ways between shots (first with bunched cloth sticking up top, then simply folded). (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: Kareem's mom is talking to her coworker about the fact that her son asked for James to pick him up at school. When she mentions that it's not seen as the coolest thing to date a cop, and a white one at that, her friend goes from hand low, to smoking with that hand, to drinking from the cup, in the span of a few words and a couple quick cuts. Continuity mistake: David Spade just sat down with the prankster blind date. When she (kinda accurately) says "By the way, the age thing..." his hand in a blink goes from the table to the back of the couch. (00:02:20)

Continuity mistake: George's son is disappointed because his dad missed the ball game and tells him that he should have been there. Meanwhile Denise Richards approaches the cooking pot with her spoon in her right hand and the plate in her left. Close-up on her telling Howie that dad was busy, and spoon and plate switched hands. Continuity mistake: After the shooting at the concert, Lysistrata is in the bathroom downing the pill with some Don Julio tequila. The bottle lid is to the left of the bottle in the wide angles, to the right in close-up. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: The dorky protagonist just bumped into the bike shop girl. She tells him "It's all good, man", to which he replies asking how's the bike. Behind him, a woman with a dog makes her appearance. Over 10 seconds of conversation pass, and the woman is still where she was, but in the shot that follows, when she says "I'm Cate, by the way", the woman warped past him, and is now behind her to the opposite end of the sidewalk. Continuity mistake: During the fight in the garage, the protagonist neutralizes (and maybe neuters) one of the baddies crotching him with the car door. In that sequence, his hands keep changing position on the door. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: The crew arrived at the volcanic island in turmoil, and are talking with the local captain. The captain asks them to carry also some of the dead people, and they start asking him what the plan is, if there's one at all. The pass at the neck of the captain shows the side with the symbol in one shot, the blank one in the next. (00:25:10)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, the two friends discuss about the pool and various fluids including the pleasant effects of the waterjets on their ladyparts. During these amenities, the sleeve of the bathing robe on the bench switches position back and forth between two positions (showing the stripe or not). (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: During the boat trip at the beginning, wind knocks the hat off the judge's head in a close-up. The action happens again in the next shot, but it is starting with the hat reclined on the actor's face, flying across with a lower trajectory. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: Danica gets to work at the beginning of the movie, and her coworker passes her a folder. The folder keeps moving from under her arm to her hand, back and forth between shots. (00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: Alexandre Lagarde puts his fork into the plate of the attractive client, much to the scorn of her husband. The morsel in close-up and the one she actually puts in her mouth are different. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: After stabbing the bad guy at the beginning, Callahan for some reason pulls back and somehow dives past a door managing to drag in a grown woman who was all crouched down by the entrance. Wonky physics of it aside, the bad guy shoot at him, but shoots just a hole in the door frame. The hole appears to be CGI, and in fact when Callahan shoots back from the bedroom, the hole is gone. Continuity mistake: Michele Riondino has just killed the snitch and is going after the witness, a Chinese woman. He holds her at gunpoint; she does not move, but in a shot she has hair in front of just her left shoulder, both shoulders in the next. (00:30:30)

Continuity mistake: When the clerk looks in close-up at the bank cheque written in disappearing ink by Fantomas, the background has nothing to do with the desk, and the distance is all wrong as well. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene with the skype call, Mia's hair is in front/behind her shoulders depending on the camera angle, with no logic. (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: Giorgio Selva meets a new barista, apparently fresh from university after a dissertation on Hannah Arendt. During this first scene with her, her ponytail moves back and in front of her shoulder. (00:03:50)

Continuity mistake: Paolo's wife finds the text message of the girl calling him "my eternal love." In close-up she is holding the phone with the index finger at the very top of the phone, but in the previous and following shots the index is far from reaching that spot. (00:09:15)
