Continuity mistake: In the first scene, where Kojak manages to get inside the store to parlay with the criminals, he asks to talk to the wounded officer. Harvey Keitel says, "Go ahead." In the next shot, Jerry Talaba and Jack Murzie hold their guns in a different way. (00:15:15)

In the closer angle, he performs a stunt on a uniformly dimly lit road, but in Harvey Keitel's POV, there is a clear divide between sunlight and shade. (00:08:20)

Continuity mistake: During the credits at the beginning of the episode, watch the camera car view of the street where the armoured van is parked ("Created by Abby Mann"). It's dawn and the van casts a very distinct shadow on the asphalt. Mere seconds later, the getaway car of the robbers gets in the intersection, and the lighting of the scene is flat, shot during a different part of the day. (00:01:35)

Continuity mistake: During the conversation between Hercule Poirot and Ariadne Oliver on the bench, the same people keep passing by them over and over. Watch when Tina Fey says "I'm the smartest person"; behind her, there's a woman in a red coat, carrying a dark handbag. She walks behind them in the next shot; seconds later, she says "Then afterwards" in another close-up, and the woman reappears in the same position as the first time.

Continuity mistake: Sitting on a bench in Campiello dei Miracoli, Ariadne Oliver shows Poirot a series of newspaper clippings about the mysterious medium Mrs. Reynolds. Tina Fey's thumb is placed in a different position on the page in the various shots.

Continuity mistake: During the first case, when Mr. Sawhit has the first of the series' patented witness breakdowns, he angrily tosses his toupee at Phoenix. However, in the courtroom shot from behind, he still has a full head of hair.

Continuity mistake: Episode 2-1 "The Chinatown Murders; Part 1" - During Nino La Rocca's confrontation at the restaurant with his Chinese partners, Sammy Loo proclaims his true intentions about the "fat cats from Mulberry Street." He raises his right fist. In the reverse shot, the hand is still on the bowl in front of him. (00:11:45)

Continuity mistake: At the farewell celebration for Indy's retirement, the dean calls for the gift to be presented to him, mentioning it is "a token of our gratitude." There's a cut in the middle of the sentence, and Prof. Plimpton is waving a young student in with his left hand, then the right hand.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Bigelow tells Charlie Gimbert that the jade is "obviously very ancient." You can see the hand holding the item change angle (fully straightening) in the reaction shot with Gimbert cackling at the news. (00:51:00)

Continuity mistake: During their first encounter (the first we see in the movie, at least), Sheila sits next to Gary, and they both order Old Fashioned. Phil the Bartender makes a comment on that, and she shoos him off. Look at Kaley Cuoco 's bag; one of the straps keeps going on/off the top of the bag between shots. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Helen enters by mistake Derol's room, there's no smoke visible; she leaves, and in a tighter shot on him a blunt leaves a very conspicuous trail of smoke. (01:41:00)

Continuity mistake: When towards the end of the movie Miles from the top of the stairs shouts "What? You think you're an alligator?" Birdie and Whiskey are in a different position in their close-up. (02:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Lionel says "Why the hell not?" at the unspoken understanding of starting to shatter statuettes, Claire next to him is standing clawing at her own fingers, while in the background a moment earlier her hands were higher and distant. (02:02:30)

Continuity mistake: When Blanc "offers some courage" to Helen, his hand in close-up is around the side of the glass, and it is above it at the cut. She accepts the glass, and her hand changes position on it at the next cut as well. (02:01:05)

Continuity mistake: When Helen shows in close-up Andi's napkin for the first time, look at the position of her finger, next to "Teaching." After a brief cutaway, it changes position. (01:57:05)

Continuity mistake: When Helen grabs the bottle of hot sauce from Blanc's hand, the label turned between shots and it begins in Blanc's right hand when he was just switching it to the left in the previous shot. (01:45:15)
