Continuity mistake: When Stay Puft is walking towards the church, an aerial shot shows the (miniature scale model) streets totally empty; however, a floor-level angle shows hundreds of (green screened) people who have appeared from nowhere. (01:32:05)

Other mistake: The Spanish version has all the titles and signs changed to Spanish text as we can see when Carl opens the photo album. However, a side angle shows the letters 'O' and 'D' revealing it's the original English text, "Things To do."

Continuity mistake: When the movie is about to end, the Ghostbusters are in front of the building and the pavement starts to crack open. A group of men by the door stumble off-screen to the left. Half a second later, a close-up shows the people repeating all the previous movements.

When he says goodbye to her, first a man with a hat passes behind him and disappears in the next angle; then, in a close-up, Venkman is surrounded by dozens of people who vanish half a second later in the wide angle, where the place appears empty. Continuity mistake: At the hotel, when the Ghostbusters blast the cleaning lady's trolley, the stuff on the floor changes between shots. Watch the toilet paper on the far left, for example. (00:31:50)

Continuity mistake: When the guys blast the glass lamp in the hotel, it falls on a table and messes up the table and chairs around. In the following angle the area, which was dark half a second ago is now perfectly lit. (00:35:30)
