Continuity mistake: When young Mulan is chasing the chicken, a man walking down the stairs is suddenly several steps behind, repeating all previous movements. (00:01:57)

Continuity mistake: When Mulan watches the flying burning catapult balls her hair is behind her shoulders. In the close-up it's over her shoulders. (01:08:51)

Continuity mistake: Before Kay cuts the mop's handle, the mop is dark brown. After he cuts it turns to vanilla coloured.

Continuity mistake: When Merlin searches for the model plane the knot holding it swaps from neat to crappy between shots. (00:56:02)

Continuity mistake: The letters A and B on the bottom row on the blackboard differ styles between shots, being wobblier in the second shot.

Continuity mistake: When the baddies make a hole in the wall to grab the money, the size of the hole, the hanging parts of the wall and the protruding isolation foil change between one shot and another without no-one having touched the wall. (01:14:40)

Revealing mistake: When Bond throws the baddie on the bed of steel spikes, the spikes bend revealing they're made of rubber (despite a crunch and a yell of pain being heard).

Continuity mistake: When Peter recalls himself alone in the rain with a teddy bear by his side, the bear is sitting upright in the first shot, but resting against the baby with its head skewed in the following angle.

Revealing mistake: Willow kills the walking cauldron (a stop-motion superimposed image) with a farmer's fork, but he's very obviously just mimicking and the fork is not pinching the cauldron at all.

Continuity mistake: When Willow burns a troll and it transforms into a blob of raw-sticky-flesh with two heads sticking out, he kicks it and in a mere frame it becomes a brownish ball that looks like a roasted turkey.

Continuity mistake: After Elora and Willow's shield crashes inside the house, a man on the left walks towards the entrance and stops. A shot later he is a couple meters away repeating the previous walk.

Revealing mistake: During the party, doors open and a burning man appears. He is wearing fireproof gloves, his face is covered in some dark mask and some sort of awful wig to hide all the safety procedures. He resembles a werewolf. (00:57:20)

Revealing mistake: When the group is trying to escape the office building, a woman in pink falls into the void. Watch when she falls and you'll notice that the stuntman's wig flies off (it's to the left of his head).

Continuity mistake: At Patty's place, she places her right arm next to her face holding a cracker. Shot changes to a side angle and her arm is lowered. Then a shot afterwards it's raised again.

Revealing mistake: When the parking lot collapses, there's a brick pillar that not only does it not break into pieces, but it bounces around, revealing it's a hollow light-weight prop. (01:38:26)

Revealing mistake: When the parking lot building collapses, check the right side where the cars are. All along the ground level there's a rectangular strip where the film of the miniature building was pasted on top of the film with the real-sized parked cars. Note how all the debris falls behind that strip, it never falls on top of the cars, as if there was a weird black hole of some sort. (01:37:54)

Continuity mistake: Sam stretches out his right arm to save the man hanging by a girder. A shot later his left arm is stretched. Then a shot later his right arm is extended.

Continuity mistake: Before the mother is covered in glasses, she runs away, her hair covered in dust. A shot later it's clean and shiny. This is because the actress was replaced with a stunt with a wig. (00:58:50)
