Character mistake: Skyler places the baby's seat in the table, but forgets to buckle it up. It paces up the scene, but no mother in her right mind would forget this, plus the seat would fly away right after the engine starts.

Continuity mistake: When Jane OD's and starts to vomit, puke falls by the left side of her mouth. In the following angle the mouth is clean. (00:43:50)

Continuity mistake: Indy slams a pole against the big X on the floor and produces a hole. When the angle changes the shape of the hole is completely different.

Visible crew/equipment: When Mike comes home after Jessica's call, he steps out of the car and film crew and equipment are reflected on the side of his car.

Revealing mistake: After Clark defeats Evil Superman, he flies to the Statue of Liberty. The whole landscape is a still image with the ripples and the boats completely static.

Continuity mistake: In the junkyard, when Clark comes out of the container, the hole he produces changes shape depending on the angle.

Continuity mistake: Evil Superman is chasing Clark on a conveyor belt and starts to shout and move swiftly as if he was flying. A frame later, from another angle, he is calmed, walking and repeating all previous movements.

Continuity mistake: When good Clark is on the trash compactor about to be covered in metal parts, he lays on a blue car hood. Depending on the angle the hood is barely rusty or very rusty.

Continuity mistake: In the woods, when wounded Bassel is leaning against the tree, his collar is either wrinkled or straight, and the blood stains on it appear/disappear randomly.

Visible crew/equipment: When Carrie is brought back home, watch the lower part of the SUV and you can see the crew members walking. In the opposite angle, there's (obviously) no one there.

Continuity mistake: The side of the mountain with the bridge is irregular with rough edges when seen in the wide angles, but smooth in the close-ups.

Revealing mistake: When Indy is hanging off the bridge and is punched by Mola Ram, Indy's safety wire attached to his belt is very noticeable. (01:47:45)
