Continuity mistake: When Nick's mom is choking the father, his right leg keeps changing from in between her legs, to being to the side of it.

Continuity mistake: When the (green-screened) giant baby breaks a part of the car and Nick picks it up, though it's similar, it's not exactly the same one.

Revealing mistake: While Nick and his father are driving home with the giant baby behind (an obvious green screen projection), the baby breaks a tube from the car and throws it to the floor. Nick bends down to pick up a prop located offscreen, to add up for realism, but the problem is that he bends down before the baby throws it, so the whole trick is revealed.

Continuity mistake: When Nick and his dad are on the other side of the couch, hiding from giant Adam, the cushion keeps changing positions between angles.

Continuity mistake: When Adam is throwing things at his brother, a shot from the outside of the house shows the blinds totally closed, but they appear slightly open from the inside. It's not until 10 minutes later that the father shuts them.

Continuity mistake: Whe Nick watches Mandy in the water park, the stuff on the trolley changes positions between shots in less than a second.

Continuity mistake: Nick asks his mom is he looks like a nerd and combs his fringe. Immediately after, a different angle shows it messed.

Continuity mistake: Adam feeds Nick a sandwich stretching on his chair and totally loses his balance, lifting an orange cushion underneath and almost falling off the chair. There's an abrupt cut and the kid appears repeating the movement, though now he's sitting straight, and the cushion is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Adam breaks Nick's guitar, the baby swaps sides in less than half a second between angles.

Continuity mistake: When Adam breaks Nick's guitar he leaves it next to the loudspeaker. In the next angle it's meters away.

Continuity mistake: When Nick cries to Adam, "I'll fix you, you little punk" after he breaks the guitar, the scarf next to the hat changes from tidy to spread all over the sofa.

Continuity mistake: After Wayne calls Mandy to babysit, the baby bottle on the kid's table keeps appearing and disappearing between shots.

Continuity mistake: When the robber is killed, he falls back and breaks the glass door with a blind. The first time we see the scene, the position of the blind differs from the repetiton from a different view from the flashback.

Visible crew/equipment: When Gina says she's leaving home, there's a metal ball behind her. On the top right corner a stage light is reflected.

Continuity mistake: In the tent, Indy's wrists are tied and he's facing the crystal skull. From one angle his hands are clenched fists, but from a different one they hang loose. The difference is noticable because the angles keep swapping and the hand positions are not continuous.

Continuity mistake: Wendy comforts Jack after he has had his nightmare. His hairstyle keeps differing depending on the angle focusing on him.

Continuity mistake: At the end, after Mahoney kisses Karen, she takes off her hat and the position of her fringe changes between one angle and the other.

Continuity mistake: After visiting Ox's jail, Indy arrives at the ruins and it's pitch dark. He enters the burial room several minutes later and sun beams are now coming through the ceiling.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Indy's hat is thrown from the trunk onto the ground, it faces the 9 o'clock postion. But when Indy reaches to pick it up half-a-second later, it faces the 12 o'clock direction.
