Corrected entry: In the scene just before they reveal the statue of Rocky and they are in the Balboa house, Paulie says to Adrian, "Oh, Mrs. Talia, you almost look pretty good". That's actress Talia Shire's real first name.

Rocky III (1982)
Visible crew/equipment: The last scene, between Rocky and Apollo is full of visible crew/equipment. First, when they're talking, you can see in the left-bottom corner of the screen a shadow moving. When Rocky and Apollo are talking before they fight, you can see on the ground the shadow of the cameraman. And when they start walking in circles and the camera moves with them in circles, you can see a crew member that watches them talk.

The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)
Corrected entry: At the beginning of the film, the dummy of James Bond is really Roger Moore because it moves. (00:07:35)
Correction: Not likely - do you think they shot off the real Roger Moore's fingers? Remember, the whole area is on a huge raised scaffolding, movement around the room could cause the dummy to sway.
The mistake is valid. After Scaramanga performs a ground somersault and shoots the mobster, you can see Roger Moore's right hand moving before the shot suddenly freezes. If the floor were truly unstable, his entire body would be shifting - not just his hand. The rest of the scene is a mix of Roger Moore, dummies, stand-ins, and prop body parts. (And no - the actors are never actually shot at. It's just a movie.)

Superman (2025)
Revealing mistake: When Krypto is playing with Superman, he says, "Sit! Stay!" and then Superman's left foot suddenly stretches out unnaturally, like an oversized clown shoe. (00:06:57)
Suggested correction: I'm not sure this is a valid correction, but I'm also not sure this is a valid mistake. This appears to simply be a result of the camera lens creating some minor distortion at the edge of the frame, since it only happens when his foot reaches the corner of the screen. While it looks odd, I think it's dubious and debatable whether or not this is a "mistake", and opens a can of worms where any frame distortion, even intentional, could be considered a mistake. Not my decision, though.
Apparently, the effect is either a distortion caused by the curved LED wall they used or the lens. Whatever the cause, Superman's clown-shoe look was never meant to make it on screen. This site is littered with similar issues: lens distortions, colour mismatches, faulty rear projections, and more.

Beauty and the Beast (1991)
Continuity mistake: When the Quiet village song ends, the sign on the last house on the right swaps from having a bright green colour to a light-green pale brown colour between shots.
Suggested correction: I really don't see much of a difference here. The sign is always green, and it doesn't turn brown. Sure, the tone looks a bit lighter in the second screenshot, but the colour is still meant to be the same.

Grass on the Streets and Weeds on the Rooftops - S4-E10
Plot hole: Beth surprises Jamie in the act of disposing of his father's body at the train station. But Beth doesn't learn about the train station until season 5, episode 8. So, how did she know where to catch Jamie in the act?

King Kong (1976)
Revealing mistake: Near the end Kong rolls off the top of the World Trade tower. It cuts to a shot from the ground looking straight up toward the top with Kong falling downward. For a fraction of a second there is no image of Kong composited into the shot: first there's just buildings, then suddenly Kong appears from nowhere in midair.

Honey I Blew Up the Kid (1992)
Continuity mistake: When Adam sets down Nick's guitar after breaking it, the head of the guitar is facing towards the loudspeaker, but in the next shot, it is facing away from it. (00:06:41)
My entry talks about the direction the guitar is facing between shots. Your entry does not mention this; it talks about the distance the guitar is from the loudspeaker between shots. That's not the same thing.

Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves (1997)
Continuity mistake: When the two couples are riding in the toy car going down the track, the car alternates from (not) having a roof between shots.

The Living Daylights (1987)
Continuity mistake: When Bond pushes Pushkin back on the bed in the hotel room, Pushkin has a basket with a bottle of champagne in his left hand. It disappears between shots, and there is no sound of it falling to the floor.
Suggested correction: The basket falls off his hand when Pushkin is pushed backwards on the bed (timecode 1:07:31), and one can hear a thump when the basket hits the floor (1:07:33), though it's slightly muffled because of the thick rug.
I found a different timecode from yours, but I saw Pushkin drop the basket when I played the movie in slow motion. I couldn't hear the sound either since it was a bit loud, but I can be sure Pushkin dropped the basket on the rug.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Continuity mistake: While on the boat, Helena does her 7 spades card trick. When she gives Indy a turn, you can see the bottom card is a black 2. When she fans them out, it changes to black king of clubs. Then, in the next shot, it changes to 8 of clubs. (01:16:00 - 01:17:00)
Suggested correction: Not necessarily a mistake. She could be changing those cards by sleight of hand, while moving the 7 of spades into position for the final force. The mistake was not using the 3 of clubs for it.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Continuity mistake: When the staff member at the college runs away from the bad guys to get help, and is quickly shot in the back by Voller's henchman, she falls forward on the floor, face down. Dead. But a short time later, when Indy discovers her body on the floor, he kneels down to attend to her (and looks at his hand to see her blood there), she is now lying face-up on her back.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
Other mistake: Dive boat interior, as the tablet is unboxed, there is a clear lens distortion as Indi looks round to his diver friend and the focus follows - giving a disturbing jolt to the image. (01:08:27)
Suggested correction: It just appears to be the result of the movie doing a slightly unconventional rack focus. I don't think that really qualifies as a mistake. If it does count, it opens far too big a can of worms in terms of various camera techniques being considered "mistakes."

Ratatouille (2007)
Deliberate mistake: Main headlines in newspapers appear translated for each country for the kids to understand it, but the rest of the news appear in English, despite the movie taking place in Paris. Also, most signs -such as the poisons in the window shop- have labels written in English.
Suggested correction: By that logic, it's a mistake that the characters speak English. It's an American movie set in France, and like you said, it's a kids' movie. Everything is in English for simplicity's sake.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003)
Visible crew/equipment: Right after the ambulance runs over Arnold's motorcycle a shot of him hanging on the crane hook is shown. You can see the safety cable attached to the left of his belt. (00:33:25)
Correction: Paulie says, "Mrs Stallion", as in Rocky's nickname 'The Italian Stallion' (timecode 00:24:10).
Paulie does say 'miss Talia' in Rocky III. My hearing isn't that bad.
I can hear the "-yen" sound at the end when he says he name, suggesting he does in fact say "stallion." There's also a slight 's sound at the beginning.
Bishop73
He says "Mrs Stallion," as the transcript confirms http://www.script-o-rama.com/movie_scripts/r/rocky-3-script-transcript-iii.html.
