Revealing mistake: When Hawkins shoots the hinges off of a door in the factory near the beginning, the camera cuts to inside the room, and its obviously been pre cut to smash so that the actors can easily go through the door with little or no effort. If you slow it down there are several pieces already missing from the door and the door just seems to soft. Hawkins only blew the hinges off the door, not blew a load of holes in it. (00:11:00)

Revealing mistake: When the team of navy seals kidnap an Islamic guy/leader, just after Hawkins walks down the side of the building to help out Graham with the bad guys, the bad guys shoot at the wall. Corrected entry: In the middle of the film when we see Cypher talking to Trinity on the phone, at the end of their conversation we see Tank with the big electric gun, when he fires it, pause and use frame by frame or slow motion and you can see its not Cypher (Joe Pantoliano) but his stunt double, this can be seen because the brightness of the gun causes his face to be bright so you can see the stunt double. Corrected entry: When Frank's wife is driving away from Howard Saint's men, in one particular shot when she hits the red 4x4, out the back window there is grass on both sides, and a sand track/road, but in the next shot the landscape changes somewhat, and the the red 4x4 changes its distance. Corrected entry: When Max and Vincent are at the hospital and have entered the elevator, Vincent is holding the briefcase in his left hand, but the hand/fingers that press the button on the elevator is the left hand/fingers not the right, then the camera cuts to a wider shot and Vincent is lowering his right hand from the button even though he pressed the buttons with his left (the hand holding the briefcase). Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the film in the bar scene, we see Joe and Jimmy Dix talking then, Jimmy throws a punch and Joe catches it, knocks Jimmy down and he walks off. If you slow this part down as Joe begins to sit down again, there is a glass on the table half full with scotch, then when Joe reaches for the glass it is turned over and spilt, as he says, "Spilt my warm cup of piss ". Revealing mistake: After the Rebels break into the bunker, a Rebel in the background punches an officer. But if you watch closely or play it in slow motion, the Rebel's hand never comes into contact with the officer's face. (01:33:25)

Continuity mistake: After the bus driver looks at the note "Bomb on Bus" he starts decreasing speed. So Keanu puts the Jaguar beside the bus and tells the bus driver to open the door for him to tell the driver to go at a speed of 50 miles per hour. Just before this you can see a camera shot in which the door is already open. This mistake is easily seen if you watch it in slow motion.

Continuity mistake: When the subway carriage bursts out into the street, Annie's handcuffs slide off the broken pole and in slow motion you can see the pole is shorter than all others. Besides, all the other poles in the carriage are intact. (01:49:15)

Continuity mistake: When Tom gets down to the cellar you see George standing by something that is covered by a brown carpet. When it cuts to Tom walking you can see a trash can suddenly appear on the right side of the brown carpet. Not easy to see cause it happens kind of fast, but if you roll it in slow motion you can see it. (01:00:10)

Corrected entry: During the Warg fighting scene, if watched in slow motion, when Aragorn is picking up the spear, some of the Wargs and horses 'behind' Aragorn, seem to be pass in front of the spear or the spear disappears in those areas. (00:12:10)

Corrected entry: Just before Hermione gets struck in the chest by the branch of the Whomping Willow, if you play the scene in slow motion you will notice Hermione has padding underneath her pink jacket. (01:25:25)

Other mistake: Shooting two forty-fives at once is hard. Willis must think so too. One gun fires blanks and the other gun operates like a real pistol, even emptying out shells, but is not firing. This is very noticable in slow motion during his first standoff.
