The scene cuts to a very brief shot where something already feels off. If you pause, you'll notice that Bond has suddenly moved to the second window - with a painting and a cabinet. One shot later, he's several meters back again - standing by the previous third window.

Continuity mistake: When Bouvar throws the knife, the handle changes colour from ivory to brown between shots. It's a quick moment, but the shift is so obvious - and the shot so close - that it's impossible to miss.
