Continuity mistake: Van Damme is in Vietnam and finds his dead friend, whose head position swaps from being straight to sideways between the first and second angle.

Revealing mistake: When Van Damme punches the cook at the diner, a waitress is inches away laughing and totally distracted, but she manages to duck in perfect sync in a tenth of a millisecond when the punch is coming, revealing the fight is a choreography.

Continuity mistake: The amount of broken glass when Van Damme breaks the jukebox with a guy's head differs between shots.

Continuity mistake: Baby Herman opens the faucet and floods the kitchen, but 2 seconds later there is no trace of the water. Since the rest of the mess that Herman and Roger cause (scattered cutlery, broken objects and furniture) does appear at the end of the gag when toon and real world combine, some trace of water should be seen somewhere. Continuity mistake: When Ellie runs away from Muldoon towards the Power Station, she climbs over a tree and watches a path in front with two more fallen trees on the way. When she is about to jump over the first one some branches suddenly appear on the close-up to help her do the jump. Furthermore, when she is about jump over the second tree the close-up is a repetition of the previous tree.

Continuity mistake: After the kids have greeted Hammond, everyone is outside the building waiting to see the vehicles. In the first angle they are several meters to the right of the stairs. When the angle changes they have moved back and are standing closer together.

Continuity mistake: When Rachel is covered in blood she places her hand on Teddy's cheek. When the angle changes it's suddenly over his shoulder. The mistake is not due to the scene happening in an insane man's mind, it's not a plot-wise mistake.
