Visible crew/equipment: When the crop duster and the truck are about to explode and the truck drivers run away, one can tell it's not Cary Grant watching the havoc but his stunt double because of his rounder face and slightly different hairstyle. Also confirmed by actress Eve Saint-Marie.

Continuity mistake: When Thornhill watches the road from the crop field, the way he holds the crop and how the leaves bend, differ between the front and back shots. Also, his hands disappear and the leaves swap between dry and green.

Continuity mistake: At the field, the first time Thornhill throws himself on the floor there's just a road with gravel. When he stands up there's suddenly hay everywhere.

Continuity mistake: After Jenny is abducted and Matrix chases the bad guys, the windshield in his car swaps between very dirty and dusty in the wide angles to spotless in the close-ups.

Continuity mistake: In the car park, when Bond activates the car-camera the phone screen shows the car next to Bond and the black and yellow column, but not Bond, despite him being in sight.

Continuity mistake: When Bond finishes testing the remote car he and Q stand close together in the front angles. In the wide angle from behind they stand half a meter away from each other. This swaps back and forth.

Continuity mistake: When Bond is about to fire at the car park metal door there's no-one next to it. A shot later two guards can be seen in front of the door, running away.

Continuity mistake: Bond tells the kid he'll pay him 20,000 bahts if he manages to start the engine, which he does. Shot changes and the kid spreads his arms wide and smiles with joy. Back to the wide shot and his arms are closer together, and he has a worried look. (01:00:30)
