Continuity mistake: When Arthur is scrubbing the cauldron, a pot next to it disappears and reappears between shots. Also, the grip of the handles of the bucket behind him swap between round to square.

Continuity mistake: When Merlin arrives from the future, he talks about it to Arthur and puts the crown on his head. The sword, resting against the throne, appears and disappears randomly all the time.

Continuity mistake: When Arthur takes the sword out of the stone, Hector stands in front of Kay. A shot later, they're both next to each other.

Continuity mistake: When Keating tells the students to draw a graph, they all follow him step by step. For a specific shot, Meeks mimics what Keating writes on the board and draws a bar graph and colours it. Problem is, Keating does not draw the bar and colour it until a shot later. The movie should have been edited the other way around.

Visible crew/equipment: When Torch is in the Black Forest, watching the crystal ball, 4 big light screens are reflected on it.

Revealing mistake: The natives use a pair of nooses to trap the bad guys, but when they're lifted up, one can see the protruding hook and mechanism under their shirts.

Revealing mistake: When Diana is about to jump off the hydroplane, the safety vest on her back protrudes. Also, a safety bar along the plane's left side has been added for her to grab.

Revealing mistake: On the collapsing bridge, when the Phantom saves the kid, they swing on a rope hanging from the middle of the bridge. From a wide angle, it's very obvious that there is no possible way whatsoever that the short rope reaches the safe edge of the cliff. When the angle changes to the edge of the cliff, the rope is suddenly hanging from somewhere right above the edge.

Revealing mistake: When the Phantom chases the truck, he holds onto a branch where he later stands to attack the truck. In the close-up, one can see it's an obvious metal bar to allow for a safe stunt.

Continuity mistake: The bullet holes on the hydroplane disappear in the wide shots.

Revealing mistake: When Diana is about to jump off the plane onto the galloping horse, her hair moves wildly. When the shot changes, she has been replaced by a stunt who looks nothing like her and has her hair fixed.

Continuity mistake: When the young boy crawls on the sea shore after being attacked by pirates, his hairstyle changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: During the battle in London, when Mr. Fantastic is holding Invisible, her hair moves wildly. A shot later, her hair is suddenly trapped under his arm and just a few locks move, though mildly. (01:21:20)

Revealing mistake: Just as the first credits roll, when the cheerleaders dance, check the African American, Caucasian, and most noticeably, the Asian American people behind the team. They are blatant, creepy-looking, unrealistic CGI characters. (00:01:18)

Continuity mistake: When Monica watches the Ditch Day movie, from the angle behind the girl next to her, her arm is down. A shot later, from a front angle, it's raised. (01:59:06)

Continuity mistake: When Sam plays the war movie, he takes his hand away from the projector and stretches his back. A shot later, he is repeating all previous movements.

Continuity mistake: After the sheik has jumped on the chariot to take control of it, he kicks a man out and one can see the trail behind is empty. However, half a second later, many horses and riders have appeared out of nowhere and are standing right behind the sheik's chariot.

Continuity mistake: During the tomando, Mitzi leans on the wheel with her hands crossed and says, "Everything happens for a reason." From the opposite angle, her hands are not crossed.

Continuity mistake: Sam points forward to an empty and clean road, to signal her mom where the tornado is. The car keeps driving forward and when the shot changes, cars have appeared next to it and the road is covered with leaves and branches.
