Continuity mistake: When Lilo convinces Nani to go to college, the shots from behind Lilo show Nani kneeling and noticeably lower than her. But in the reverse shots from behind Nani, they're suddenly at the same height.
Continuity mistake: When the movie begins, Lilo is swimming with fins. But the moment she emerges from the water, they've disappeared.
Continuity mistake: Before the hula dance show, Lilo shows her friendship bracelet, holding out her hand and revealing the inner side of her wrist. From the opposite angle, she's showing the back of her wrist instead.

Continuity mistake: When Stitch is handcuffed, Cobra and Pleakley suddenly disappear from the scene, only to reappear a shot later.
Continuity mistake: The Councilwoman's guards walk down the ramp, leaving her alone. When the shot changes, they're suddenly back on the ramp beside her, descending a second time.
Continuity mistake: Nani is kneeling beside Lilo as she looks at the photograph, with Pleakley and Tutu visible in the background. An instant cut later, Tutu is gazing at the spaceship cloud, and Nani is suddenly standing upright beside her - with no trace of Pleakley anywhere. When the spaceship arrives, Nani stands up again and Pleakley reappears.
Continuity mistake: When Stitch vomits the photo, it lands perfectly horizontally on the sand. When Lilo picks it up, the left side is suddenly half-buried in the sand.
Continuity mistake: When Stitch is about to throw up, Nani reaches out her arm toward Lilo and moves her body closer to her. In the next instant cut, Nani is suddenly further away, with her arms lowered. (01:29:00)
