Don't know if this was a movie or TV show, but there is one scene that keeps going through my mind. A woman is forced into her best friend's apartment by a masked robber who tells the woman to give him everything valuable or her friend will die. The woman doesn't believe that she's being robbed but that it's just a practical joke that her friend is playing on her. She then takes the gun from the robber and puts it to her head thinking it's either a toy or that it isn't really loaded. The robber and the woman he is holding hostage are both shocked at this and they both try to tell the woman that it isn't a joke, but, the woman pulls the trigger anyway and kills herself.

There was a movie about three teenagers, two guys and one girl, who I believe traveled into the sixties and got caught up in a crazy adventure. The girl made friends with a guy who was only interested in getting her in bed while his kid brother believed that she was an alien and contacted the government about her. One of the guys was trapped in a meeting where the spokesman said that everyone in the room was an asshole. The guy kept trying to leave but was not allowed until he used the spokesman's words about people not being given the freedom to do what they should be allowed to do against him, and manages to leave. The other guy kept trying to repair the time machine so the could finally return to the future.
What film is this quote from? "You answer the questions and he gets the girl"? Or something along those lines? Thanks.
I am trying to find a movie (made for TV maybe?) from about 1985 to 1995 where one boy is either a runaway or homeless and living in or near a train station or maybe a subway. He figures out how to make money by selling used newspapers to commuters. I also remember a part where he is helped by a lady working at a snack bar/lunch counter who sells him two ice cream cones for the price of one. He also has an older boy for a friend who I think was developmentally disabled and gets injured running from the police maybe? The main character was an African American boy about 11 years old and the older boy was white and about 13-14. All of this is a vague memory so the details could be mixed up between more than one movie. I remember seeing it on TV more than once. Thank you.
Chosen answer: The movie is called Runaway. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0320383/.
In a scene from what movie did explorers go into a desert where it was snowing? Not Close Encounters.
Chosen answer: This could most likely be the ending to the movie "Starman" starring Jeff Bridges and Karen Allen.
I saw this movie a while back, I think it was on lifetime. It was about a woman who marries a man, but he's abusive and she has an affair with an actor that looked like or could possibly be David Hyde Pierce. She ends up killing her husband, and her lover takes the fall. At the very end of the movie she's all beat up, with a black eye, and her dead husband's friend who she never liked comes to her while she's in some type of cave thing in the woods. She can barely see and starts crying when she realizes her psychic friend predicted she'd end up with a man she thought was her lover, but turns out to be the dead husband's friend. What is it called?
Answer: Briar Patch aka Plain Dirty (2003) the full movie is up on youtube under Plain Dirty 2003.
What's the movie where a woman's husband hits her - she cheats on him and he catches her. He has a motorcycle accident, and then she visits his parents, in a yellow or orange van?
A cowboy movie of 4 or 5 street teens who in the event of stealing a horse and wagon discovers there is a baby on board, and they grow up raising her as their sister. One of the brothers was black. I think his name was Adam, and another brother was named Colt.
Answer: I never saw the movie, but based on your description and it's similarity to a series of books I read, I believe this is Rose Hill, and it aired in 1997.
What is the name of this black and white movie? A cowboy has himself thrown in jail to break out another cowboy (his son?). The younger cowboy won't leave, so the older one breaks out and heads for Canada until the heat dies down. It's a lighthearted, funny movie until the end, when he crosses the border. He and his horse are hit by a car. The police have to shoot the dying horse and he's taken away in an ambulance. The film ends with a shot of his bloody cowboy hat in the middle of the street.
Chosen answer: The movie is Lonely are the Brave with Kirk Douglas from 1962.
There was a TV movie about a man who was accused of raping a blind woman. He insists he's innocent but the woman claims that she could identify him by a scar on his face. The man goes to prison, and while he's there he makes friends with another prisoner who tells him that one prisoner keeps boasting about how he raped a blind woman and someone else took the fall for it. Ironically, the prisoner has the same scar as the innocent man. The woman, now a lawyer, receives a letter from the man informing her of some new evidence, and when a DNA test is done, the man is finally freed from prison. The woman then goes to the man to make amends for sending him to prison.
Answer: "Blind Injustice" (2005 TV Movie): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0453348/.
Looking for a TV show episode. A woman who was an informant in Iraq was killed. She was having an affair with her FBI handler. The guy responsible was interviewed early in the episode. He made a deal with the feds to escape prosecution, but was able to be prosecuted by the military because he was being treated for an injury at the VA.
What's the movie? A jungle village, a single nurse/missionary meets a roving doctor touring remote tribes, They fall in love, after he is long gone she finds she is pregnant, aghast at the situation herself, but the tribe welcome her as family and together they raise her son. The doctor returns after 5-6 years, finds he has a son but can't let the stigma soil his family's name. He plans that they should marry, she being a widow, and he adopts her son so they can go back to civilization, out of the savage jungle with nobody knowing the details. She tells him off and stays.
Chosen answer: The Sins of Rachel Cade, starring Angie Dickinson and Roger Moore.
A native American couple escaping the Army, a woman gets off her horse, has a baby, gets back on her horse. What's the movie?
Answer: There is a scene like that in the the 1970 movie Little Big Man with Dustin Hoffman, who observes this while hiding from the army also. Alternatively Man in the Wilderness with Richard Harris. Made in the mid seventies. He plays trapper abandoned by his comrades, after being mauled by a grizzly bear. He survives and tries to catch up with his friends and has several small adventures along the way, including watching an Indian woman give birth to a child.
Hi, I'm searching for a name of a movie that I saw maybe 20 years ago. I can't remember much, but I think it's in a small town, and there's this guy that hides in the woods (can't remember why), and either his grandmother or mother are helping him, they give him food, etc. I know, not much to go on, but I'd really appreciate if someone would help me. Thank you.
Chosen answer: Sounds like maybe Spitfire Grill.
A girl is in a foster home and the only friends she has are these little paper dolls. The other girls bully her, and one girl tries to drown her when she's in the bath. She gets told off for it because she wasn't supposed to get her hair wet, and then she pushes the bully down the stairs, who I think breaks her neck and dies.
Chosen answer: The movie name is "Dustbin Baby".
Forgotten the film. I think it starts with a blond American young teenage boy driving a (possibly a red sports car (I think it's his step-dads or something, he's using it without permission). I think he's racing towards a cliff edge in a desert, but I think he stops it just in time for him to leap out, but I think the car goes over the edge. I think during this drive a futuristic police man (that I think may be a robot, not human?) is following him on a hovering motorbike, and manages to stop him and maybe return him home. Thanks.
Answer: This is the introduction of James T Kirk in the 2009 Star Trek movie.
A sad movie in the 70s where a girl gets sick, doctors have to freeze and keep the girl till they find the cure. Her boyfriend engineer waits for her and gets very old.

I don't know if this is a TV show or a movie, but I know that there is a kid who gets in trouble or similar, and has to become another kid's tutor. The tutor goes to the kids house and eventually gets together with the kid's sister, I think?
I kind of remember watching this episode of what I believe was The Twilight Zone, and the episode was about a woman who started to find stuff in her home moved after she was gone, or not the way she left it. Then at the end she finds out someone was living in her house during the hours she was working or something, sharing the same house and did not know until then... It may be something else.
Chosen answer: Actually, that is from a short lived TV series called Night Visions. A Twilight Zone type show that came out in 2001. The episode was titled, The Occupant. Bridget Fonda played the woman who believed someone was in her home. It turned out she was the intruder.
What movie is this scene from? A guy goes to another guy's office and shoots at him, but the bullet goes through the wall and hits a woman in the adjoining office. He goes into that office and shoots her. Thanks.
Answer: Mulholland Drive (Dir. David Lynch).
