Factual error: When Bart is trying to escape from the girls at the start, Bart's door opens into the room. This would mean the hinges would be inside Bart's room and the girls couldn't have been able to remove them.

Continuity mistake: When one of the pockets of Marge's coat explodes (when Homer is stealing the rare Gummi), a huge pile of candy comes pouring out. When she bends down to pick some up, there isn't nearly as much candy there as before. There are people picking up the candy with her, but they would have to pick it up extremely fast, and they aren't.

Continuity mistake: When Homer and Marge think they have finally got away from Bart and Lisa and Homer is about to look in the dinner bowl, on the table holding the food there is a bottle of champagne and two glasses, yet when Bart and Lisa jump out the 3 things have vanished. (00:17:20)

Continuity mistake: When Apu introduces Professor Frink there are people either side of him but no Apu. In the very next shot Apu has appeared from no-where and is standing beside the Professor.

Continuity mistake: When the mob come back to Quimby to complain about the 'Bear Tax' he opens the left door inwards.In a following shot both doors open outwards.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the show, the hospital Mr. Burns is at has a sign in front of it that reads, "Got Tumor?", but when we see the hospital again it isn't there. Additionally, the "Mayo Clinic" sign atop the building gets noticeably smaller in the second shot.
Radio Bart - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: At the start of the scene where Bart talks to Rod and Todd on the radio, their shirt colors switch. (00:08:50)
Continuity mistake: When Homer laughs at Patty and Selma, for a few frames you can see that the beer can he was holding is gone. It stays beside the phone for the rest of the scene. (00:07:00)
Suggested correction: When Homer is laughing at Patty and Selma he never has the beer can in his hand. He has a drink then the camera cuts to Marge talking about Patty and Selma, Marge then walks out of the shot, and we get a close up of Patty and Selma. The shot then changes to Homer who starts laughing. Enough time to put the can down.
Continuity mistake: There are three mistakes when court is dismissed: 1) the people standing around disappear, 2) the two men with Fat Tony disappear for one shot, and 3) when Bart says that crime doesn't pay, Marge is suddenly standing beside Bart. (00:20:35)
Suggested correction: There are also 3 corrections here. 1) the only people standing near the bench are Lionel Hutz and Seymour Skinner. Seymour is simply out of shot and Hutz is on screen. 2) Legs and Louie don't disappear they remain standing on the steps but due to the camera angle that is now looking across the steps rather than up the steps so they are out of shot. 3) There is a close up of Bart and Fat Tony long enough for Marge to walk over.
Continuity mistake: When the mob is at the gates of Belle's house, the door bell is first seen on the left hand side of the gates. In the next shot (behind Flanders) it is in the center of the gates.
Continuity mistake: When Lou and Eddie (the police officers) arrive at the house to take Bart for a drive, their badges are white. When they are driving in the cop car, their badges are yellow. (00:05:30)

Factual error: During the "Attack of the 50 ft. Eye Sores" segment, the family steps into the footprint of the giant donut guy to look at the label. The label should appear to be spelled backwards, but it was not.
Other mistake: When Bart enters the school bus at the day of history test, we see close-up of his "Early American History" book open about in the middle, on the page saying "Chapter 1". (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When the Simpsons are eating for the second time the alien on the very left, which previously had spots on his cheek, now has no spots.

Continuity mistake: In 'Wiz Kids,' we see Ralph tied up in Lord Montymort's lair. Between a wide shot and closeup, when he says "Dying tickles," his cloak goes from undone to done up. (00:17:05)

Continuity mistake: When Homer has been informed about the Christmas money being spent on Bart getting his tattoo surgically removed, he leaves the house. When he opens and closes the door to leave, the wreath on the door is white with a red bow. When Homer then turns to look his Christmas decorations, the wreath is now green. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: In the Raven scene, you can see Homer's drool on his jacket, but in the next shot and following shots it's gone.
Continuity mistake: When Homer is talking to the makers of Police Cops, the person on the far left's hair changes from brown to grey instantly between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Homer lights his albums on fire, he watches Weird Al doing a parody of his song. When it's over, the fire is gone and there are no ashes where it would be.
Continuity mistake: When Flanders' wife gives them the sandwiches in the recreation room there are 12 sandwiches, when Homer asks Ned to get him a beer there are only 6.
