Continuity mistake: In 'Time and Punishment,' when Homer exits the basement, he discovers Bart and Lisa are giants, and he then screams and runs back to the "basement" - however the same door that leads to the basement seconds ago, now leads to a green -carpeted room, and the basement seems to have vanished. The door is also hinged on the wrong side. (00:12:50)
Continuity mistake: When Homer is talking to Ned about having his own BBQ Ned is facing the fence but in the next shot he is facing alongside it with his head turned to Homer.
Continuity mistake: When Homer and Bart are at the cabaret show, Mr. Burns and Smithers are there with two women. In almost all of the shots there is a woman sitting between Burns and Smithers, except in the close-up of them when Burns asks "How does he DO it?". Then Smithers is shown as sitting right next to Mr. Burns. (00:21:00)

Continuity mistake: At Sunday school, Milhouse's jumper changes from black to red between shots.
Home Away From Homer - S16-E20
Continuity mistake: When Homer rings the doorbell of the Flanders' former house to visit the new neighbour, it moves downwards on the door frame. In the first shot it lines up with the gap between the lock and the doorknob, but in the next shot it is beside the doorknob, and in other shots in the episode the doorbell isn't even there. Also, the glass panels on both sidelights line up with the door differently between shots.
Homer vs. Patty and Selma - S6-E17
Continuity mistake: When Homer tries to tell Marge how he did in the test, Selma and Patty are holding their cigarettes. In the next shot, the cigarettes are in their mouths.
The Secret War of Lisa Simpson - S8-E25
Continuity mistake: When Lisa climbs to the top of the Eliminator, there is a platform for her to stand on. Strangely in the next shot Lisa is standing on nothing so she appears to be standing in mid-air.
Continuity mistake: The photo Edna sends to Bart differs when he shows his parents. The angle is different from what it was previously, revealing part of a photo frame on the wall which wasn't there before, and the sheets/pillows on the bed are different, and her eyes are closed when they look at it, but when Bart looked at it, they were open. Continuity mistake: During the tournament, Abe Lincoln hole, there is only one hole to shoot for when his legs open up, after Todd hits his ball through, you see 3 holes from the backside. After Bart hits his ball the legs open up to reveal 3 holes to shoot for from the frontside. (00:19:25)
There's No Disgrace Like Home - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: As Homer is carrying the TV towards the pawn shop in the first shot the left window is clear. There is then a tracking shot of the family walking and when they get in front of the store the window has writing on it saying Pawn Shop. The writing is in black and the next shot when they are talking the writing is now dark brown. (00:14:20)
Continuity mistake: When Homer goes to work, and Mr. Burns starts complaining about him, we can see that the two pictures are on the far side of the yellow machine on his desk. But then when the shot changes, they are on the other side of the yellow machine. (00:13:45)
Continuity mistake: When the family is talking at the dinner table about going to see Truckasaurus, the amount of food on everyone's plate continually changes between shots. (00:03:40 - 00:04:25)
Continuity mistake: When at the dinner table, Marge tells Homer and Bart that they can go to see Truck-o-saurus. In one shot Bart has his hands on the dinner table, but in the next shot his arms are by his side. (00:04:20)
My Big Fat Geek Wedding - S15-E17
Continuity mistake: The first shot in the transition from the bachelorette party to the bachelor party shows Skinner drinking beer. He finishes the bottle, and in the next shot it's full again.
Continuity mistake: On Lisa's plate at dinner she has no mashed potato. During the lamb vision, her pork chops are now smaller and there's now mashed potato on her plate.
Continuity mistake: When Homer sulks on the couch, he has a pillow under his head, which is pink. In a closer shot, the pillow turns light blue, but in another shot, the cushion has turned pink again. (00:17:10)

Continuity mistake: In Lovejoy's office, the clock on the wall keeps changing. (00:13:05)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when the bus is driving to the school, the streetlights outside disappear/reappear between shots. (00:01:30 - 00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: When Bart and Ralph are in the prison and see the key, the window's shadow is of four squared panels. When they go to pick the key up and the rat takes it the shadow shows 3 rectangular panels.
