However, in numerous later episodes, there are stills of Moe's Tavern that show King Toot's music store next door, not across the street as in the aforementioned episode.

Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning of the episode when all the children are on the bus we can see that in front of Nelson is Bart and behind him are Lewis, Martin and Wendall. Then when the shot changes to behind Nelson, Lewis has swapped places with Bart, Bart has disappeared and some weird kid is sitting where Lewis was.

This is a mistake for the introduction for the later episodes. When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage.
