Machete (2010)

Other mistake: Although we could see that the soft porn by April, June and Machete was filmed with a static camera on a tripod with no one operating it, when Michael looks at the film it involved zooming, paning and tilting. On top of that, music is added to the film.

Machete (2010)

Other mistake: When Senator John McLaughlin is shooting immigrants crossing the boarder, there is only one of his henchmen who is filming with just one camera from one angle. Yet, when this material is shown on TV towards the end of the movie, there are cuts between two cameras from two different angles. The viewer's look (you) is reused as material captured by Mr. McLaughlin henchmen.

Shooter (2007)

Revealing mistake: When Swagger is on the mountain and looking though his scope at the guy with the shotgun, the audience is shown what Swagger sees though his scope. However, the pictures we see does not match that very telescopic view Swagger would see at that distance but instead something shot with a relatively wide angle lens at close distance.

Chuck Versus the Sensei - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: The yellow pen that John Casey stabs into Ty Bennett changes between shots after Ty pulls it out. As he rotates it in front of the camera we can see that the bold BUY MORE logo is only printed once. Still in the very next shot, not only has the text changed direction (reading from the hat-side to the tip-side now), the logo have also appeared in front of Ty. (00:05:50)

Commando (1985)

Other mistake: In the scene where Nicole is listening to the French police radio, all rack equipment to her right is from Behringer, which is about the cheapest and most unprofessional you can find. A no-budget-limit governmental assassination squad would not save the $300 and buy Behringer equipment. Period. Also, the bass synthesizer, echo/reverb effects and digital crossovers in the rack have nothing to do there in the first place. (01:08:05)

Shinin' - S2-E7

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Thugnificent is giving Riley is new chain and holds a speech, we can see that Riley's chain is as long as Thugnificent's. However, when he actually hands it over to Riley and when Riley does wear it, the chain is considerably shorter to compensate for Riley's length. (00:10:10)

Factual error: The money counter used by the gangsters has a green seven-segment LED display. Although green LEDs had just been invented in the 1970's, they where way too dim and expensive to be used in commercial applications and especially seven-segment displays back then.

Queen for a Day - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Michael has just taken Lucille number two to Tobias' new club, the shots are obviously taken on different occasions. The collar of his jacket goes from misaligned to correct, his hair goes from ruffed to "done" and the lighting goes from hard and sharp to soft. (00:18:50)

Factual error: If the natural gas could be rerouted to McClane's position at the national grids control center, there are two major problems. The gas would not self-ignite on its way there as pictured, and the sheer momentum of that massive amount of gas in those long pipes would cause a massive leak at the endpoint. However, after the first (relatively small considering the total energy in all the gas) explosion, everything goes back to normal without one giant amount of gas erupting.

The Glimmer Man (1996)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Segal meets the CIA boss at the Asian restaurant, he takes a napkin laying under some bread on the middle of the table. In the next scene, the napkin is back under the bread.

Paycheck (2003)

Factual error: In the scene where Michael is patching the ATX motherboard with a paper clip, the sparks coming out of the box are ridiculously long for being low voltage flashovers, especially as the motherboard has no power supply connected to it. Even if the board would run directly on mains voltage the flashovers would only be a couple of millimeters. Furthermore, flashovers are blue, not yellow as shown. (00:53:55)

The Cyber House Rules - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Leela and the doctor are driving out of town and throughout the episode Leela's second eye is following her motion. This despite the fact that in a previous scene we could see that she was unable to move her second eye. (00:09:55 - 00:12:00)
