...Different Destinations - S3-E5

Trivia: While they're waiting for the Venek Horde to attack again, when John is chained to the statue, Harvey/Scorpius is playing the harmonica with his feet up on John's lap. Notice that both soles of Harvey's red boots have the name "Andy" written on them. In "Toy Story" Woody's boot has "Andy" written on its sole, and here in John's mind it's to signify John's ownership of the neural clone.

Trivia: Over the course of the four seasons, D'Argo's face mask / make-up changes considerably. First season, his face was a dark beige colour, and his nose was very obviously just stuck on. Three seasons later, his face is brown with a reddish tint, with much rounder features.

Won't Get Fooled Again - S2-E15

Trivia: The following can be seen in this episode, though they only occur in John's head due to being in a Scarran induced delusional state. After John kisses Logan-Rygel on the lips, he runs up the stairs carrying Logan-Rygel while shouting, "Let me show you how I crash landed the Farscape module!" and when John swings Logan-Rygel around imitating Farscape 1's flight, the left hand/wrist is pulled from the sleeve and we can see the puppet's non-existent arm. Later, when John's mother comes to see him at the hospital the boom mic dips into view above her. Then when John walks into Logan-Rygel's office while everyone is there, we can see the puppeteer's movement on the floor in front of Rygel.

Family Ties - S1-E22

Visible crew/equipment: After Rygel's transport pod returns to Moya, as the docking bay door slides open, in the shot facing everyone while they have their weapons drawn we can see the bare floor. However, when Aeryn checks Crais for hidden weapons and then as D'Argo approaches him, there's a blue crash mat on the floor. Then it vanishes again.

Question: Why is John's Farscape-1 module able to navigate wormholes where some other, more sophisticated craft, notably Peacekeeper Prowlers, cannot without liquifying passengers?

Socks1000

Chosen answer: It's never explained. John mentions a theory that his less technologically developed craft simply interferes with the wormhole less than the "superior" Vipers, but they never make a concrete determination on that point. But we also have to take into account the fact that Moya traverses wormholes with no ill effect as well.
