Lean on Pete (2017)

Continuity mistake: "Lean on Pete" and the car were obviously repositioned after the accident. The car hit Pete on his left side/legs, Pete's back landed on the hood, and Pete continued to roll over the roof and fell on the opposite side. It took a few cars lengths' distance for the car to come to a complete stop. Next, Pete was suddenly in front of the car, lying on his left side, and facing the direction he was running before the impact. (01:28:51)

Here Today (2021)

Revealing mistake: After Charlie talks to Emma in Francine's old bedroom and is standing in the doorway, the background (segment of the hallway) is obviously fake. Shown are less than five of the top steps on the staircase, only a fraction of the size of real steps. The lower section of the banister is also a reduced size. (01:31:35)

Rosewood Lane (2011)

Continuity mistake: The cat/pet door in Sonny's house looks worn (dirty and has paint chips), but in better condition (newer/cleaner and "boxier") when the cat ("Monster") is being pulled through. (01:17:52)

Gully (2019)

Continuity mistake: Nicky's facial hair shows less growth at times, within and between scenes. In particular, the amount of hair above and below his lips is the most obvious, but the darker (longer) and lighter (shorter) hair around the bottom of his face is also noticeable, as is the presence or absence of hair on his cheeks. Gully (2019)

Other mistake: Jesse does not talk because of his traumatic childhood (which includes being kidnapped at a young age by Mr. Charlie), so it doesn't make much sense for him to be the narrator.

Gully (2019)

Other mistake: Calvin was from a poor family and lived in a bad neighborhood. The school official believed Calvin was "very very intelligent", "perhaps gifted", and pointed out that he scored "in the top ten percentile" on the PSAT. Regardless of intelligence, it is highly unlikely that a student like Calvin would score that high on the PSAT (more like "bottom 10 percentile"). PSAT and SAT scores are correlated with family income, social class, and parents' educational level. Poor smart kids get low scores. (00:08:35)

Rosewood Lane (2011)

Stupidity: In the opening scene, Sonny has come to her now-deceased father's house. Police and the coroner are in the basement taking notes while standing around the body - which is face down and awkwardly lying at the bottom of the steps. Det. Sabatino informed Sonny that the death was ruled accidental due to a high blood-alcohol level. Detectives or the coroner did not rule out other possibilities: natural cause, suicide, or murder. High blood-alcohol level could be secondary.

Revealing mistake: The cement block section of the house by the front door that Greg was painting "changed" to a flat board for a short time and then went back to the blocks. (01:05:28)

Gully (2019)

Stupidity: Angela ran over to her neighbor Mr. Charlie when she heard him come home. Angela was complaining that his son and friends make too much noise, do whatever the want, are bringing property values down, act wild/crazy, draw attention to everybody, and she doesn't want the police coming. These may be legitimate complaints, but the way Angela expressed them would bring down property values! Not only was she yelling in the street, she used "m-f-ing" several times, as well as other select words. (00:02:35 - 00:03:07)

Gully (2019)

Plot hole: Calvin's mom told him to go to school and "the school called and said you only been showing up for lunch." In the street, Calvin yelled, "Everybody, I'm going back to school. I'm going back." Calvin was not interested in school, so it is highly unlikely that he would be planning on going to college. There was little or no reason for him to take the 2-hour? PSAT or SAT. Backtrace (2018)

Stupidity: When the police officer goes to Mac's foreclosed house and asks Lucas (who just came out) for identification, Lucas does not start looking for his wallet/ID. Instead, Lucas tells the officer he thought the auction was that day and was interested in buying the property because he needs space for his horses to run. Before Lucas produces ID, the officer gets another call and has to leave. The officer leaves without even jotting down the license plate number of the SUV. (00:39:58)

Boogie (2021)

Other mistake: "Boogie" was a HS student who didn't work and lived with his financially strained (heavily in debt) parents. The Chin family was receiving past-due notices for various bills. The IRS also sent a letter of intent to levy or seize their property if they did not immediately pay $4,513.29. But Boogie had money to buy marijuana, go out to dinner with his girlfriend, go to a gym, and visit a fortune teller - each multiple times. His mother also ate out and saw a fortune teller. With what money? (00:10:20 - 00:28:57)

Revealing mistake: It is obvious Dottie's bat did not make contact with the ball when she hit the home run, and the sound of a bat hitting a ball was a little off. This is true for many others at bat during the movie. (00:11:50)

Revealing mistake: When Jimmy is talking to Dottie by her car, shots facing Dottie show her standing near the rear of her car, but shots facing Jimmy place Dottie close to the driver's door. Dottie is close to Jimmy (near the front) when he leaves, but is next shown taking a few steps from the rear of the vehicle to reach the front (where she just was). (01:30:46 - 01:32:08)

Backtrace (2018)

Other mistake: During the bank robbers' drive to the meeting spot, the background was blurred, but it is obvious the green color was from the tree leaves. As they got closer and arrived, the numerous trees were bare of leaves - only branches could be seen. The apparent attempt to have all trees appear to be bare (and consistent) was all for naught - It was April 8th in Georgia where the trees would have already blossomed. (00:02:24)

Backtrace (2018)

Stupidity: The metro police officer (and co-conspirator) went to the old cement factory where the other bank robbers were. Since the police officer (accomplice) wanted the money and did not want other police officers to be nearby, he called 911 and made an anonymous false report stating he spotted the person police were looking for and misdirected them further away. Maybe a good idea, but he made this call using his own cell phone. (01:12:20)

Meskada (2010)

Stupidity: Noah chases one suspect while Leslie chases the other two. Noah eventually pulls out his gun and says, "Stop, police!" Leslie doesn't even try to draw her weapon until she hears sounds from the nearby brushes - but she barely has her hand on the holster when she turns around and gets punched in the face. Leslie is knocked over and the other man she was chasing repeatedly hits her in the face, quite hard. Her injuries could have been avoided simply by having her gun ready to aim and use. (01:04:48)

Meskada (2010)

Deliberate mistake: The (fake) confession letter was postmarked from Ohio and sent to Allison Connor, 331 Henry Lane in Hilliard, MB 21243. No U.S. state has a postal abbreviation of "MB." The way the "B" was written in thick bold letters made it resemble a "D" - "MD" represents Maryland (where the film apparently takes place). Also, there is no current 21243 zip code in the U.S. There is a 21241 for Baltimore City and the next consecutive zip code is 21244 in Baltimore County. The created address LOOKS real. (00:50:44)
