Continuity mistake: The top of Brecken's head was close to (within a few inches of) the headboard before his mother brought the pillow. When his mother put the pillow over his face and the camera shifted to a right-side rear view, the upper part of the bed was raised about 45°. When Lang Dotrice (Brecken's father) arrived and sat on his bed, the pillow used to smother Brecken was at least a foot away from the headboard and Brecken's head (still under the pillow) was about a yard away from the headboard. After Channing Tatum stops the vehicle and Sandra Bullock has fallen out, the suitcase is at an angle to the lower right-hand corner of the roof rack and is touching the bag, which is raised lengthwise over the upper right-hand side. An aerial view after he exits the car shows the suitcase at an angle to the lower left-hand corner, no longer touching the bag, which is now widthwise, partly off the upper right-hand corner. Revealing mistake: The angles of the adjacent walls are not always accurate given the relative position of the mattress on the floor. The mattress is perpendicular to the wall where the Black Phone is attached and at least a few feet away from the adjacent wall. However, when there's a side view of Finney with a front view of the Grabber (about to get up), the wall behind them should be parallel to the mattress but is at an angle. Continuity mistake: The length of the Black Phone's cord changes. The cord that could be seen between the Grabber and Finney was relatively short and had a wide loop at the bottom. When Finney came back from the bathroom, the cord was hanging down about twice as far and the loop was not as wide, making most of the cord look linear. Also, the cut telephone line was barely discernible against the dirty/marred wall but was obvious after Finney tried to use the phone. (00:28:50 - 00:30:21)

Revealing mistake: When the (imposter) female security guard was lying on the floor with her head slightly raised and shot herself, the gun was about parallel to the floor; the blood splatter should not end up primarily mid-way up the wall like it did. The floor-level view of the dead guard shows a reduced-size wall so that the blood splatter looks much closer to the floor than it was. Also, at least some blood should be visible on the guard's temple but none was. (00:35:40)

Continuity mistake: The position of the dead (imposter) security guard's head over the barbell changes. When Gus says, "Jesus, he's dead", the security guard's neck is over the barbell rail, the top of his head is touching the floor, and his face is toward the front of the screen. When the camera goes to the opposite side of the dead guard, his head and neck are raised (and apparently no longer being supported by the barbell - or anything else). (00:28:28)

Alpha was also holding his gun slightly upward when aiming at the senator's forehead, but the majority of the (odd-shaped) blood splatter behind him was near the back of his neck instead of higher. Also, the cloth should have had more than some loose dirt on it and the medallion - after buried in the ground for 200 years - should have been dirty and tarnished, not clean.
