The Final (2010)
Continuity mistake: After Dave stabs Ravi, the shot cuts to Kurtis running through the woods trying to escape. Ravi (in the clown costume) is seen among the ones pursuing him, but he's either dead or dying at this point, and, obviously, cannot chase someone while riding an ATV. It's a recycled shot from when Tommy was attempting to escape.
Suggested correction: It isn't Ravi on the ATV. Towards the beginning you see Dane on the stairs talking to 3 students, a little later on in the cafeteria you see the same 3 students sitting at a table and the shots keep switching between them and Dane and his friends, and Dane says something like "and they will be in the woods dressed in the same outfits/costumes as us." It's meant to confuse the cops when they show up.

Smallville (2001)
Plot hole: In this episode, Pete comes across Clark's spaceship in a field, where it landed after the tornadoes hit the town during the last episode of Season 1. The Kents knew the spaceship was gone, and of course it was important that they attempt to get it back as soon as possible so it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. With Clark's speed and X-Ray vision, he should have been able to find the ship after not too long of a search (especially since it was within a few hundreds yards of a road). It seems implausible that he would not have looked for it, given its importance.

The Tale of the Manaha - S5-E7
Character mistake: Near the beginning as the leader is about to set off with the boys, he says, "About face!" and turns to the left, and the boys follow suit. But "About face" means to turn 180°. He should have said "Left face" to get them to turn 90° to the left. (00:04:25)

The Office (2005)
Plot hole: When Jim's bank calls his office, Kevin is there and ends up pretending to be Jim. The Banker automatically assumes that he is not in Puerto Rico only from asking his address and social security number. It would have been very plausible for him to have forwarded the number to his cell phone, where the same scenario could conceivably occur (since The Banker refused to listen when Kevin tried to correct her).
26th Apr 2016
The Office (2005)
Continuity mistake: When Meredith's hair catches fire, we never see her face (as it's a stunt double). After Dwight uses The Fire extinguisher on her, the shot cuts (although she is still in the frame) and her hair is different, as it is now the original actor that plays Meredith. (00:05:50)

The Office (2005)
Revealing mistake: When Toby announces that he's moving to Costa Rica, he gets up and goes to hop the fence. He moves out of frame and when the camera goes back to him, he's been replaced by a stunt double, which can be seen as the double's face is visible after he's scaled the fence. (00:17:15)

CSI: Miami (2002)
Other mistake: When the guy towing the boat at the beginning gets cut off by the black car, we see and hear him slam on the brakes, but the image we see shows no smoke from the tires, and the shot changes to when he's actually braking and the smoke appears. Additionally, when the other car T-bones him, we can hear both that car's tires screeching from braking as well as the engine revving from acceleration.

The Flash (2014)
Revenge of the Rogues - S1-E10
Plot hole: During the fight at sundown, Cold gets a hit on Flash and he goes down. Eddie takes a shield and goes to help. But Flash was in the middle of the street with no obstacles around, and it's implausible that Eddie could have gotten to him without Cold or Heat seeing him.

The Flash (2014)
Things You Can't Outrun - S1-E3
Other mistake: When Cisco and Cailtin call Barry to tell him about the man with the gun, Cailtin says he has a gun. Cut to the cops pursuing him, the perp shoots at the cops, and one of them seems surprised that he has a gun. There's no way Caitlin could have known about the gun without the cop knowing (which would presumably have been relayed over police communications).

Cube (1997)
Question: How much money and work was required to build the cube? I know that only one actual cube was built. I'm asking this about the actual cube built in real life; not the in-universe cube.
Chosen answer: The cube cost approximately $20,000 (Canadian) to build.

New Girl (2011)
Question: Is there a reason that Coach was only in the first couple of episodes? It almost seems like they used him in place of Winston, I'm guessing because of a scheduling conflict. It's just really weird that it seems like Coach is going to be one of the main characters and yet Winston comes and Coach is just gone.
Chosen answer: Damon Wayons, Jr., who played Coach, took the role because he believed his current show, "Happy Endings" on ABC, was going to be cancelled. When it was renewed, he had to leave the cast of New Girl. He returned later in the series after Happy Endings was actually cancelled.

Eureka (2006)
Revealing mistake: When Carter and Jo almost crash into the reflective smart dust wall on the road, Carter puts his hand up and waves it, to see his mirror image doing the same. Carter's mirror's hand movements are out of sync, which reveals that the "mirrors" are the actors, and the "real people" are doubles.
22nd Oct 2014
Eureka (2006)
In Too Deep - S5-E8
Plot hole: Carter is apparently just learning about Feynman's Day, which Allison explains as "Eureka's version of April Fool's Day." It's highly improbable that Carter could have lived in Eureka for five years and still be oblivious of this, especially given all of the hijinks that happen.
13th Oct 2014
Eureka (2006)
This One Time at Space Camp... - S4-E18
Other mistake: When Holly and Fargo are playing Dungeons and Dragons, Holly rolls a d20 die and yells, "Critical hit!" but we can see the 20 on one of the upper sides of the die, meaning that she actually rolled a 2, which is most definitely not a critical hit (and actually nearly a critical miss).
1st Oct 2014
Eureka (2006)
Revealing mistake: When Jo comes riding in with the horses, you can tell that it's a stuntwoman in the far shot.
1st Oct 2014

Continuity mistake: When Jo comes up to see her new house burned down, there's a lot of sunlight. When Zane passes by, the shot changes and nearly all the light is gone, as if it were dusk.
28th Sep 2014
Portal: No Escape (2011)
Other mistake: When the captive begins her escape, she kicks the bed through the orange portal offscreen, but the portal only starts about a foot off the ground, so the bed would have hit the wall, rather than have gone through the portal.
28th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the previous episode, when Carter tells Grant not to plan the wedding just yet, Carter leaves Cafe Diem and Grant says "May the best man win," as an aside. In this episode, the replay shows Grant saying this while Carter is still in the cafe, just in front of him.

Eureka (2006)
All the Rage - S4-E3
Continuity mistake: When Fargo and Jo are going to the section three lab, a scientist holding a beaker runs into them. He spills the liquid and bends down to clean it up. The amount on the floor changes from shot to shot.
15th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
All the Rage - S4-E3
Revealing mistake: In the very first shot, we see the sky, and you can tell it's a digital image imposed on a green screen instead of a shot of the actual sky.
15th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Other mistake: When Allison video calls Jack as he's finishing bathing, apparently she can see below the belt, as she remarks for him to cover himself up. But he gets dressed and doesn't move any reasonable distance from the screen, and we then see Allison's view which only captures Jack's torso, so she never would have seen his privates anyway.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
Continuity mistake: When Sarah spits out the paperclip to start her escape, the paperclip is unfolded too quickly between shots.
14th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Plot hole: When talking about rescuing the kids, Carter mentions them in the plural. But so far, all they have to go on was Zoe's birthday, so they wouldn't have known that anybody else was there, and Thorne also had not said anything about Zane.
9th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Other mistake: Captain Eureka losing his finger makes absolutely no sense. He doesn't cry out in pain, there's no blood, and where the finger ended up is completely illogical. The finger didn't just sever on its own; it's shown that severing only occurs when passing through objects. Captain Eureka goes through a wall that is a good fifteen feet away from where the finger is discovered, and it is implausible to think it could have rolled there on its own.
9th Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Continuity mistake: When Captain Eureka puts out the fire at the pumping station, Jack's Jeep somehow gets on fire, but we are able to see where the fire went, and it didn't come anywhere near the road or the Jeep.

Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century (1999)
Plot hole: It doesn't make sense that Zenon's entry for the Microbe contest should have been chosen, as it couldn't have gotten there in time. It's not more than a day or two after she gets the final pieces to make her sculpture, yet her entry is still somehow able to be sent to Earth (likely a very low priority), delivered to Microbe's management team, sorted, and selected, which is all just too implausible.

Continuity mistake: When the toilet at the Sheriff's Office explodes, it slides out into the main office, with no smoke coming from it. Two shots later, it is now emanating smoke.

Eureka (2006)
Continuity mistake: When Taggart shoots the pile of skin grafts, it explodes, covering him, Jack, and Jo in guts. There's nothing on Tag's shoulder at first, but after a couple of shots, there is now a slab of skin on his right shoulder.
1st Sep 2014
Eureka (2006)
Revealing mistake: When we first see the army of Starks outside Global Dynamics, it's quite obvious that only one of them is actually the actor that plays Stark; the others are merely people who look similar.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Continuity mistake: When Quigly is launched into the pool. He is quite obviously going at an angle, but when the shot cuts, he falls completely straight down into the pool.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Revealing mistake: When Preston crashes into Quigly in the bowling ball to send him into the pool, you can both see and hear the launchpad that actually launches him.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Other mistake: When Preston puts the VR headset on Beiderman, he reacts in a very strange manner. Yes, it's better for the movie, but it doesn't make sense in-universe, as it would take very little effort to simply lift the headset off to remove it.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Other mistake: During the park chase, Preston swipes the backpack from the person that picks it up, and is still being chased by Quigly. He somehow manages to put the backpack on in a span of about 7 seconds. Considering he is pedaling for his life, and the fear of the men catching him, it's unreasonable to assume that he could have done such a feat so quickly.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Continuity mistake: During the park chase, Preston loses the backpack in a wooded area, but it inexplicably winds up in an open area a few minutes later.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Character mistake: Quigly says that Preston "got away again" when he and Shae escape in the limo, but that was the first time that the trio found him after he got the money.
28th Aug 2014
Blank Check (1994)
Other mistake: When Preston's dad starts to back out of the driveway, he abruptly stops to avoid hitting the moving truck, as if it had just recently appeared there. But they've been there for a while. As soon as he stops, he gets out of the car to start complaining, and the truck driver has already been out of the car for a significant amount of time.
28th Aug 2014

27th Aug 2014
Eureka (2006)
Other mistake: When the parents freak out about Brian being missing, the back of the camper is shown, as is the part of the camper that's missing due to the distortion sphere. But it doesn't make sense; there are some parts of of the camper that shouldn't be there, mainly the one piece above the ground, where the sphere scorched the pavement but left the camper's end right above it completely intact.

Charmed (1998)
The Courtship of Wyatt's Father - S6-E16
Other mistake: When the Darklighter shoots Leo in the attic on the Ghost Plane, the arrow goes all the way through him. He wasn't shown to be using anything other than a normal Darklighter Crossbow, and there wasn't any evidence that, since Leo and Piper were still alive, that the physics of the Ghost Plane are any different from the Normal Plane. Yet, in every other instance of someone getting shot with an arrow from a crossbow, it never, ever penetrates the person's body, and always get stuck.
27th Aug 2014
Charmed (1998)
The Courtship of Wyatt's Father - S6-E16
Revealing mistake: Just after Piper and Leo are taken away, Paige orbs down to the ground and runs up to Pheobe, places her hand on her, and shows a blood-covered hand showing that Pheobe's been injured. But before it's shown, while Paige is running up to Pheobe, you can see Paige deliberately keeping her hand closed and facing away from the camera, because it's already there when she orbs down.

23rd Aug 2014
Charmed (1998)
Plot hole: It's shown with the spell that the Halliwells leave for Chris in the attic that if something happens in the past, the future will immediately reflect that change. Chris had changed so much in the past that there should have been at least one thing different that mildly surprised him, even if he was careful to not give too much information to the sisters about the future.
23rd Aug 2014
Charmed (1998)
Continuity mistake: When the main Calloway throws the clear bottle with the green potion at one of the enemies, the shot cuts and it's now become a white bottle.

Character mistake: When Miles is shot, the cops apparently don't think it's necessary to tend to him to see if he's okay.
18th Aug 2014
Covert Affairs (2010)
Factual error: When Annie sends the text message to Auggie, you can hear the sound that is played when a message is sent, but you can see that it still says "Sending..." at the top of the screen, and the sound doesn't play until the progress bar fills up completely.
17th Aug 2014
Smart House (1999)
Factual error: The amount of time it takes PAT to produce things in the kitchen is completely unrealistic. The items show up way before they could realistically arrive on the platform once they are requested.
Suggested correction: I've thought this too as this is certainly impossible of modern technology we have today. However, the theme of the house is it's a house of the future. It's capabilities make it amazing because nobody can understand how it's done. I think it's reasonable to assume that this house has technological advances that will only be available some time in the future; and I wouldn't be shocked if there's a point in the future where technology is so advanced that food can be produced in an instant.
17th Aug 2014
Smart House (1999)
Other mistake: It's reasonable to assume that the house can hide small things like posters and even shelves when projecting images on the walls. When Ben's two friends arrive for the party, one of the walls shows an image and the couch disappears, and that's just way too big of an object to simply phase away, given what we see that the house can do.
7th Aug 2014
Friends (1994)
The One With Mac & C.H.E.E.S.E. - S6-E20
Other mistake: When we see the chess board at Central Perk that Ross and Chandler are using, the black pawn in front of the black knight nearest the camera is missing, and from the arrangement of the white pieces, it cannot have been captured yet.
19th Jul 2014
Friends (1994)
The One with George Stephanopoulos - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Ross wrestles his puck away from the little kid in the emergency room, it goes flying at the receptionist. The shot cuts, and it hits her from a completely different angle.
14th Jul 2014
Clockstoppers (2002)
Audio problem: Just after Zach takes the messenger's bike at QT, a guard sees him, points and says, "You, freeze!" but his lips don't move.
9th Jul 2014
Warehouse 13 (2009)
Continuity mistake: When Raymond tells MacPherson about Artie being released, the shot changes, and the screen changes from showing a tally of ~540 artifacts to ~340, and the images of the scrolling artifacts change as well.
26th Jun 2014
24: Live Another Day (2014)
Continuity mistake: When Jack, Kate, and Simone switch cars while the drone is following them, Jack runs through some construction and hits a car, breaking the left headlight. A few shots later, the headlight is no longer broken.
24th Jun 2014
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Other mistake: When Max looks into the room with Julia, we see her lying on the ground from the perspective of the original room. But when Max enters the room, we find out that the room's gravity is different, meaning Julia should really have been lying on the wall, by the perspective of the original room.
24th Jun 2014
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Other mistake: When Max looks into another room to see Julia for the first time, he starts to enter the room. He is caught off guard by the gravity shift and almost falls into the room, but is able to grab on the rungs before falling. The way the rooms are built, it would be nearly impossible to do this given that the rungs are recessed around the frame of the door. Max would first of all have had to know that the gravity would shift, and then carefully reach both of his hands around the door in an extremely uncomfortable position to be able to touch the rungs, and would even be able to grasp them until he was actually falling. There is just no way that all of this could conceivably occur as it did. (00:29:00)
22nd Jun 2014
Warehouse 13 (2009)
Revealing mistake: When MacPherson knocks Joshua off the platform, he falls on a bunch of pipes, but they are already bent before Joshua actually lands on them.
22nd Jun 2014
Warehouse 13 (2009)
Revealing mistake: When Artie demagnetizes the lab coat, Claudia falls from a high altitude, but when the shot cuts to her landing on the raft, you can see that the actor jumped from a position much closer to the ground. (00:39:00)
22nd Jun 2014
Warehouse 13 (2009)
Continuity mistake: When Myka pulls up to the warehouse for the first time, Lattimer's car is nowhere near where she parks, and it can't be seen when they are talking for a moment. When the door opens, however, we see both cars fairly close to each other, but if they really were that close, Lattimer's car would have been visible in the previous shots.
9th Jun 2014
Genius (1999)
Factual error: The way that Charlie makes the skeleton move is way too complex to be controlled merely by a basic remote controller (which looks like it was originally for an RC car of some sort), which can only control up, down, left and right.
9th Jun 2014
Germ (2013)
Revealing mistake: When Brooke arrives at the camp to drop off Steph and Chrissy, Chrissy leans out of the car and vomits, but you can see that she's not really vomiting, and is using her hand to cover up the special effects tube.
5th Jun 2014
Alphas (2010)
Continuity mistake: When we first see the living room, there are three half-gallon jugs of milk on the coffee table. In the next shot, two of them have disappeared.
3rd Jun 2014
Alphas (2010)
Factual error: When Dr. Rosen is checking Dani's phone for a number, it is shown slowly scrolling without him physically swiping, which is not a feature of the iPhone. (00:22:00)

Community (2009)
Basic Intergluteal Numismatics - S5-E3
Revealing mistake: When Annie and Jeff think to search people who like Dave Matthews Band, she gets on the computer and starts typing. But the characters that show on the screen and the way that she types do not sync up correctly. (00:08:50)
2nd Mar 2014

Visible crew/equipment: Just after Paige orbs into Phoebe and Cole's hotel room, a boom mic can be seen at the top of the screen.
22nd Feb 2014
The Office (2005)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, we are shown a video of Dwight getting splashed with the milkshake from the point of view of the guys in the car. But it splashes differently the two times we see it. The first time it hits his lower body, and on the video, it hits him in his upper body.

The Big Bang Theory (2007)
Character mistake: Sheldon is a well-documented and self-proclaimed germophobe. It is completely out of character for him to retrieve the bag of chicken from the trash.
28th Nov 2013
The Office (2005)
Character mistake: Carol says that Michael proposed to her on their fourth date. The proposal happened in Season 3, Episode 6, Diwali, and in that episode, Carol mentioned that it was their ninth date.
21st Nov 2013
The Office (2005)
Question: Is there a specific reason that the two girls from the restaurant are played by different actors when they get to the office? I couldn't imagine it has anything to do with the idea of Asian people looking similar out-of-universe, so I know there must be something else.
Chosen answer: Why couldn't that be the reason? As you can see, throughout the rest of the episode, one of the running jokes is that Michael can't figure out which girl is which anyway. That's not the writers saying that all Asians look alike. They're saying that they simply look alike to Michael. Because for all his profession that he is open-minded and forward-thinking, it's clear throughout the run of the show that he's actually not quite as forward-thinking as he thinks he is.
Additionally, the fact is that, due to scheduling issues, they were unable to get the same actresses as they used for the earlier scene. If I remember correctly, they mention this in the commentary for that episode. It just also happened to become another level of the joke that they were already planning on making later on.

Pokemon (1998)
Plot hole: Officer Jenny asks Ash what he knows about the "trio" when he tells her that the pirates are likely Team Rocket, but he hadn't said anything about there being three of them before that. And Jenny obviously didn't know anything about Team Rocket, either. (00:05:30)

Pokemon (1998)
Plot hole: When Team Rocket decides that they're going to capture Dragonite after it's been worn out, they appear in the blimp above the battlefield no less than ten seconds after they were shown in the stands. There is just way too little time for them to have possibly gotten up there that fast, even allowing for anime physics. (00:14:30)

The Mandarin Island Miss-match - S2-E18
Character mistake: Prima tells Jynx to use Ice Beam, but she very obviously uses Ice Punch. [This is actually a result of mistranslation. In the Japanese version she orders Jynx to use Ice Punch.]. (00:18:50)

Pokemon (1998)
Character mistake: Misty is notoriously afraid of bugs. She makes this clear whenever bugs are around. She seems to be OK with Tracey's Venonat, but for some reason doesn't think it should be classified as a bug, when its type is Bug/Poison, and it's quite obvious that "Venonat" comes from "venom gnat, " a gnat being an insect. She even directly states that "At least they're [Venonat and Marill] not Bug types." [This error doesn't happen in the Japanese version.]. (00:03:19)

Pokemon (1998)
Other mistake: When Team Rocket is running away with the trophy, James falls flat on the ground, and an indentation of his body as well as the trophy is made. The indentation shows a perfect match to the trophy, but James' arms were partially covering it, so there shouldn't be a perfect indent of the trophy in the ground. (00:05:18)

Pokemon (1998)
Character mistake: When Mandi brings out Golbat, Brock says, "Kingler is really weak to air attacks." But Kingler's a Water type, which has no weakness to Flying-type attacks.
Suggested correction: Brock is saying that Kingler is vulnerable to attacks from the air, not that it is weak to Flying-type moves.

Pokemon (1998)
Character mistake: When Team Rocket first sees Mandi doing his magic tricks, he produces a bunch of Pidgey. Meowth says "I like those Pidgeotto." He's dealt with Ash's Pidgeotto on numerous occasions, so there's no reason that he shouldn't be able to tell the difference. [This mistake only appears in the English version. In the Japanese version Meowth doesn't even mention Pidgey nor Pidgeotto at all.] (00:04:49)

Continuity mistake: When Team Rocket takes off in the boat, it sinks. Their pokeballs float away, and Jessie says "Arbok and Lickitung are floating away!" But she doesn't catch Lickitung until Princess Versus Princess (Season 1, Episode 52).
Suggested correction: It's because these episodes were aired out of order.

Pokemon (1998)
The Ninja Poke-Showdown - S1-E32
Factual error: When Venonat uses Stun Spore, Ash tells Bulbasaur to use Whirlwind. Bulbasaur just blows the powder away with his mouth, but he doesn't use the Whirlwind attack. He can't learn Whirlwind in any of the games, and what Whirlwind is supposed to do is to blow the opposing Pokemon away. Ash could have just as easily told Bulbasaur to blow it away, but he instead chose to tell him to use a move that he can't possibly learn. The only Pokemon that can learn Whirlwind are either Flying types or Bug types; i.e., Pokemon with wings (with the exception of Makuhita and Hariyama, which weren't introduced until generation III, and did not exist at the time this episode aired). In The School of Hard Knocks (Season 1, Episode 9), a character mentions information regarding a Pokemon's levels, attacks, and information which is taken straight out of the game, so it's very clear that Bulbasaur should not be able to use Whirlwind. [This is a result of mistranslation. In the original, Japanese version Ash orders Bulbasaur to "blow it away." He didn't say Whirlwind. Still a mistake in the English version.]

Other mistake: There is absolutely no reason for Ted to hang around underneath his apartment window while Jeanette is throwing stuff out of it. Any sane person would know that there is a very high chance of getting struck by the myriad of Ted's belongings that are wantonly chucked out onto the street. He's not trying to collect/catch anything because he is turned away from the building, and is not paying attention to the items that are being thrown out.

Wanted (2008)
Plot hole: Just after the shootout in the grocery store, Wesley's dad nearly runs him over in the pet truck. Before this, it seemed as though he may have wanted to kill him, but he just hadn't gotten a clear shot. It's highly doubtful that he would have trusted Fox, his enemy, to swipe Wesley into the car literally one second before he would have been plowed by the truck. Being the best assassin in the entire Brotherhood, there's no reason to think that he could act careless at a time like this, especially when doing so could easily cost the life of his son.

Super Mario 64 does not make use of the memory card for progression, all of that data was saved on the cartridge. (00:07:25)

The Office (2005)
Launch Party - S4-E3
Revealing mistake: In the first scene, everyone is in the conference room, just waiting for the block on the TV to hit a corner while Michael is blabbing away. The screen has no reflections, but later when Michael talks to the camera there is a reflection. In the scene you can also see the off shading on the characters in it, making it very apparent that the scene was filmed using a green screen.

8 Simple Rules... For Dating My Teenage Daughter (2002)
Trivia: When Grandpa and CJ are arguing in the morning, Grandpa brings up CJ's annoying dream in which he keeps saying, "Slow down, Brandy! Slow down, Brandy!" This is an ode to the movie Joe Dirt, in which David Spade plays the eponymous character who has a relationship with a character named Brandy.

8 Simple Rules... For Dating My Teenage Daughter (2002)
Trivia: CJ catches one of the students reading a magazine in class and takes it from him. He says, "What is this, July? I don't have this one." as he peruses it. This is an ode to a line in the movie Joe Dirt. Joe Dirt's (also played by David Spade) line when he is in captivity by Buffalo Bill is, "Auto Trader! Ooh, August, I don't got this one!"

Opposites Attract: Night of the Locust (3) - S2-E15
Other mistake: The filming of the spycam at the dance doesn't make sense. Grandpa and Judy are roughly the same height. The spycam was placed in his shirt pocket. Yet, when he looks over at her, her head is right in the middle of the shot, when in reality it would have been much higher up, and likely out of frame.

8 Simple Rules... For Dating My Teenage Daughter (2002)
No Right Way - S2-E6
Factual error: When Kyle and Kerry go to the arcade, they look around to see which game they want to play. Kyle suggests the dancing game, which, although the name is not displayed, is Dance Dance Revolution. The current screen is the song select, which only appears after a token has been inserted and the game has started. It takes at least two presses of the start button to get to that screen, yet Kyle still feels the need to insert a token for some reason. Also, although this is trivial, the difficult setting on which they play is Beginner, which is laughably easy and doesn't require any of the theatrical dance moves that Kyle and Kerry perform.

Audio problem: In the second scene when Pete hits the sword wielding man with the shield, we hear the sound effect, but he misses by an incredible amount of distance.

Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Revealing mistake: The way Jerry comes into play is problematic. He is shown coming up from the bottom of the room where Kate has just met Sasha. He appears to be climbing upwards, which suggests that the gravity in the room that he is leaving is the same as the one that he is entering. However, the way that he positions his body around the square opening doesn't make sense. He turns around to see the girls. At this point, it would be very difficult for him to stay up, because he no longer has support like he did when he first came up. This shows that the actor was standing on something.
25th Jul 2012
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Continuity mistake: When we first see the colonel, he grabs the suitcase to examine it. In the far shot, you can see that the handcuffs are on the far side of the handle, near his body. The next shot is a closeup of the suitcase, and the handcuffs are now on the opposite side of the handle, away from his body.
25th Jul 2012
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Other mistake: In the second scene, where we see the colonel, he is looking through a door to another room. After the door closes, we see that he was looking down, into the room below. But, as we saw in the previous shot, his tie was not dangling downwards as it should have been. It wasn't a Gravity Shift, as he never entered that Cube that the camera was in.
25th Jul 2012
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Other mistake: This occurs during the scene where the group has just rescued the colonel. Before Mrs. Paley makes her appearance, the others notice the panel opening, and make movements, but they don't make sense. We'll call the side where the colonel was the north. Sasha is in the southwest corner, and Max is near her. Simon and Jerry are both at the north wall. When the sound of the door opening is heard, Max looks to the west. Simon is kind of in a strange position, but looks correctly to the north, where Mrs. Paley comes from. Simon and Jerry both knew where to look before the door opened, so it's reasonable to assume that it's easy to tell which door is opening, so Max shouldn't have looked at any other door.
25th Jul 2012
Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Continuity mistake: Just after Jerry writes the number 4 on the room where he meets Kate and Sasha, they cut to a far shot as he and Kate converse. The spot where he wrote is visible and the marking is gone.

Saw III (2006)
Other mistake: After Jeff gets the key from the Rack trap room, the shotgun fires and hits the judge. He is standing with the shotgun to his right, yet he is hit on the left side of his face. There is also an inconsistency with the timing. The gun fires, then the actor turns to reveal the wound on the left side of his face. It's easier (but in no way required) to see the glaring mistake with slow motion.

How I Met Your Mother (2005)
Intervention - S4-E4
Continuity mistake: After the gang gets to the bar around the end of the episode, Ted starts his speech about how they all need to move on. As he moves over to the booth, he tells the people sitting there to get out. You can see that the girl takes her phone with her, and there is no other phone anywhere on the table. A few seconds later, she comes back saying that she left her phone, and now the phone is visible on the table. (00:19:25)

Cube (1997)
Question: Is there any particular reason that Leaven refers to the Z coordinate as "zed?" I know that it would be used to differentiate between similar sounding letters, but since spacial coordinates only use X, Y, and Z, (to my knowledge) it doesn't really seem necessary. I'm guessing it's a mathematics thing that I just don't know, but if anybody can answer, it would be greatly appreciated.

Smallville (2001)
Plot hole: When Dawn enters Clark's body, she slaps Chloe in the face with the back of the hand, and Chloe goes flying. A few minutes later, we see Chloe get up and say that she's fine. Getting backhanded by Clark would make you very far from fine. First of all, Clark can knock someone out just by tapping them on the forehead, as seen in a previous episode. Second, Dawn has no idea of Clark's powers, so she would have used way more force than she actually needed to. The amount of force inflicted from the attack should have caused fatal injuries to Chloe. There's not even a cut or bruise or anything.

Smallville (2001)
Factual error: Clark lifts Chloe's car by the back. He is only holding on to the very back left portion of the car, yet while he's turning it, the car is completely horizontal. The front of the car would buckle since it weighs so much and isn't being handled by its center of gravity.

Other mistake: The physics of what happens to the mallet after it hits the ring are completely unrealistic. No matter what the actual composition of red kryptonite contains, there is no way that it could reflect all of the force that was impacted upon it. Clark was also weakened by the green kryptonite. Jonathan's swing of the mallet and Clark's weakened strength would not have allowed him to keep his arm out after being struck by the mallet.

Smallville (2001)
Plot hole: When Clark uses his heat vision to heat the metal door handle to prevent Desiree from escaping, he only heats one handle. I know that things were happening fast, but it wouldn't have taken him that much more time to heat both handles, which he should have done since there is no way he could have known that she would have tried that particular handle.

Trapped Ashes (2006)
Revealing mistake: When Phoebe is looking at herself in the mirror, she's trying to find out why she isn't attractive enough for roles. When she takes her bra off and inspects her breasts, it's painfully obvious that that is not her real torso, as her head kind of bobs around in a strange fashion, showing that her face/head was superimposed onto another woman's body.

Question: When Rose is snooping around after having put on the white coat, she passes a few fire extinguishers in a hall. In the room with the Void Sphere, there's another one. Cube Zero (2004)
Plot hole: When the fat guy throws a boot into the ice-spray room, it freezes and shatters on the ground. You can see the length of the shoelace on the ground as well. The shot cuts to the guy in the shaft, and he pulls up the shoelace to reveal the end encased in ice, while the end is halfway into the ice block. This wouldn't be possible, because the other end of the shoelace had no ice at all, and there's no sign either of it breaking.

Leprechaun 2 (1994)
Revealing mistake: When Morty dunks his head in the ice water bath, the ice cubes are not disturbed, which means that the ice is not actually in the water, but separated by a glass sheet. If they were, they would have been on the surface and they would have moved around much more than they actually did.

Veronica Mars (2004)
Other mistake: Season 1, episode 19, Hot Dogs. After Veronica bugs the Spanish-speaking man who returned the dog in the park, a shot of her laptop is shown. It's the exact same shot as when Veronica was helping the valedictorian front-runner find out who was harassing her. There are books and even the girl she was helping in the shot, proving that the shot was not in Veronica's car, as seen in the very next subsequent shot.

Veronica Mars (2004)
Cheatty Cheatty Bang Bang - S2-E3
Other mistake: When Beaver takes the iPod/camera, the pictures are left on Veronica's laptop. This would only be possible if the pictures were copied onto the computer. It would have taken a considerable amount of time for all of the two thousand photos to be copied. There is the possibility that Beaver copied the three or so photos of Logan, but considering his anger, that's hardly something that he would take the time to do.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
Other mistake: In the scene in which the T-1000 arrives at Dyson's home, he sees the files burning in the trash can. We know this is happening as the others are in the Cyberdyne building as the police radio, just a few moments afterwards, calls all officers to the area. There is unburned paper on top of the pile. Given all of the time that they were in the Cyberdyne building, there should have been a large amount of ash in the trash can. There was no sign of strong wind to have blown the amount that should have been present. There is an incredibly small amount of ash in the can when it is shown, it just isn't possible with the elapsed time. (01:44:00)

Revealing mistake: When Topper is fighting the Thai Fighter, they break the ladder that sends some people falling down. The Beach (2000)
Question: Where did the filming for this movie take place? I assume there are many different areas, but the place I'm most interested in is the lagoon, where we see the brothers fishing, and where Richard has his encounter with the shark. Also, is this a populated area? It looks like it could be a good tourist attraction.
Chosen answer: It's Ko Phi Phi Leh island off the coast of Thailand. It's a protected area, off the beaten path, and tourism is discouraged. There are resorts on nearby islands.
17th Jan 2011
Battle Royale (2000)
Question: Is it ever explicitly explained in the novel why Kiriyama never speaks, or why he "volunteered" for the Battle Royale?
Chosen answer: He speaks in the book, actually, such as explaining that he flipped a coin to decide if he would participate in the game. He never felt emotion because of damage to his brain before he was born, which is why he's such a psychopath, but he didn't volunteer for the game. He was just part of the class that got selected, and had been forever. He actually had his own gang, who he kills at the beginning of the book.

Burn: Cycle
Plot hole: When Cutter is talking to Doc while he's in innerspace, he asks Doc how long he's been there, and Doc responds,"About three seconds." Cutter has been there for a lot longer, so he exclaims, "Three seconds?!", and Doc replies, "An hour to you is a second out here." The problem with this is that they are both conversing at a normal rate. If Doc's statement rings true, they wouldn't be able to have a conversation like that because Cutter would appear to be talking incredibly slowly, and Doc would appear to be talking at light speed.

Labyrinth (1986)
Visible crew/equipment: Just after falling into the Bog of Eternal Stench, the duo are moving along the ledge. As it breaks away, there is an overhead shot where you can see a white and blue piece of equipment at the top left corner of the shot. I don't know what it is but it's not in the next shot so it's not something natural to the Labyrinth. (00:55:45)

1st Jan 2011
Ghost Whisperer (2005)
Plot hole: Jim taking over Sam's body just doesn't make any sense. It's plausible for a spirit to temporarily take over a living body, but a dead body is dead for a reason. It can't sustain life anymore. Death isn't a temporary ailment. It's permanent. What should have happened was the same thing that happened when another ghost took over a recently deceased person, which happened in a previous episode. The dead body would decay and start to lose function. Sam's body suddenly gaining back the properties of life is completely inconsistent with what we're led to believe in the setting of the show.
Suggested correction: This is a fictional show that pushed the boundaries and constantly changed the rules; how is this a mistake?
I tell myself that Sam's injuries were not as extensive as prom ghost so his body was able to stay alive.
I think what happened is that Sam jumped out and went into the light before they were able to revive him. Had he waited just a few more seconds next to his body He would have gone right back in. Some people die for a few seconds, and then they're able to bring them back through CPR or using the paddles and shocking his heart, etc.

Continuity mistake: When Eli tries to use a card to open Zoe's door, the card breaks. He is holding on to the larger piece of the card in his right hand when this happens and the smaller piece is in the frame. He gets the other piece and the shot changes to him suddenly holding the smaller piece in his left hand, as well as the card having been flipped around (the strip is seen in both shots, and the two shots face in opposite directions).

Wishmaster (1997)
Revealing mistake: After the Djinn escapes and there's an explosion in the lab, you can see some stuff on the ground that looks like it's on fire. The objects are not actually burning, the fire is being produced by a burner. There's no smoke from the objects, which is a dead giveaway that they're not actually "on fire." (00:18:15)

Rat Race (2001)
Question: I remember a couple of scenes that were not in the version I just watched. One was when the girl had to poop out of the car window. I remember her screaming at her dad instead of speaking calmly. I also kind of remember the highway girl showing her full front instead of just side-boob. I'm not positive about the second, but I distinctly remember the first. Was this deleted or am I just imagining it?
Chosen answer: You're imagining the frontal boobs. I have the DVD and none show this as a deleted scene or otherwise cut out of the movie.
Answer: There was no full-frontal shot from the highway girl at all. Kimberly wasn't speaking to Randy calmly. She was angrily telling him she hated him because he wanted her to defecate out the window.
Answer: You were probably watching the movie on television. It's been formatted/edited to fit the usual two-hour time slot for the network. Kids might be watching it too.
Answer: The girl screaming at her father was in the version I saw, however.

Question: I remember Cobb saying that he spent time in Limbo for about fifty years. Was he referring to the time that he spent with Mal, or something else that we weren't shown?

Question: After Harry gets Slughorn's memory, he watches it with Dumbledore. Dumbledore says "This is beyond anything I imagined" after the viewing. But then he goes on to say that he's been hunting for the horcruxes. I don't understand his remark when he's been finding and destroying them, since he must know what they are. How else can you look for something if you don't know what it is? (01:50:20)
Chosen answer: Dumbledore did not know that Tom Riddle was planning to create seven Horcruxes, which was more than he expected.

Hot Shots Part Deux (1993)
Question: In the Thailand fight scene, the Thai fighter makes a big move and does a flying kick towards Topper, but Topper just looks at him and he stops just before connecting and falls to the floor. Is this from a specific movie?
Chosen answer: The whole fight scene in Thailand is supposed to be a homage to Rambo: First Blood Part Two, and the fighter falling is just typical ZAZ humour.
Not Rambo: First Blood II, but Rambo III.

Sliders (1995)
Trivia: During the intro for the Season 2 episodes, Quinn talks about some of the worlds that they have visited. When he does this, a clip of the episode is played. The first two match up, but the third, he describes as "a world where San Francisco is a maximum security prison" and footage of a different episode is played. It's the footage of the world where a virus has killed most males and the men in the group are kept in a breeding center for repopulation. It may be a little similar, if not for the episode in which San Francisco really is a maximum security prison, which is what one of the characters says verbatim after confusing reactions from the Sliders.

Smart Guy (1997)
Revealing mistake: A little oversight on the part of the producers. At the final scores that we are shown, Amy has $10,000, TJ has $9,800, and Travis has $2,400. This all adds up to $22,200. Even if they only answered $400 questions (which we can see that they don't), that's about 55 questions at best, only in the first half. That would run way longer, probably about three or four times as long, as any normal game show. And there's no mention of any other rules regarding the scores so there's no reason to think that there are bonus questions that could raise it that much.

Cube 2: Hypercube (2002)
Question: How long had it been since the time Kate stabbed Simon in the eye and the time he captured Sasha? You can tell by his appearance that it's been a nice length of time, but it's never specified. I don't know much about survival, but it's evident that he had been cannibalizing even before that point, so he had probably been eating people in that whole time so it could have been a very long time. I'm inclined to believe that it's been at least a month, given the dramatic change in his appearance. Can anybody give a clearer response? As mine is just a blind guess. (01:19:00 - 01:19:40)
Chosen answer: I'm inclined to think it was longer than a month because of the lack of proper needed care for such an injury would prolong the healing process. But he only had a handful of souvenirs on him, which means he probably stopped collecting after a while. I concur with your cannibalism theory, there's no other way he would have survived. However that doesn't explain what he could have done for water. This theory of Simon spending possibly months in the cube also brings up the question: If the cube breaks down at 6:06:59, then how is it possible to live in there for months? Well, as we saw, certain rooms have slower and faster rates of time. So, he could have spent all that time in a room with a slow time rate waiting for people to wander into it and feed off of them.

Men in Black (1997)
Other mistake: Soon after Jay pushes the little red button on the Ford POS, Kay inserts an eight track cassette. If you look at the eight track player, you can read "Select". The car is upside down at this point, but the word "Select" on the player, as well as the title of the cassette, "Elvis 'Promised Land'" are both right-side up. This means that, if the car were right-side up, the text would be upside down, and, in turn, the entire cassette player would be upside down. It is clear that this mistake was made by not paying attention to the orientation of the car as the scene was shot. It is also clear that the shot is done with the camera right-side up since Kay is in the driver's seat, which, right-side up, would be on the left, but since the car is upside down, he's on the right, which is seen when he inserts the tape. General questions
I can't remember much about this movie, since I only saw the last ten minutes, but it looked interesting. All that I can recall was that it seemed to be children's movie, and the villain was called the Ice Queen. After her inevitable defeat, the heroine says something along the lines of "but Winter passes. It passes." I think the heroine had a brother as well. It was most likely an '80s or '90s film but could also be '00s.
Chosen answer: Is it possibly Snow Queen (2002)? It's story about the passing of seasons in a fantasy style.

Cube (1997)
Question: In the Trivia section for this movie, there is an entry that says that all of the characters are named after prisons around the world, and it gives some examples. Can someone identify all of the prisons and how they relate to the character?
Chosen answer: Quentin is named after San Quentin State Prison in California, notorious for a high-level of brutality. Holloway is a women's prison in London, leading to a female character. Alderson Prison is in West Virginia and uses isolation as a major punishment, thus Alderson never meets the other characters. Rennes Prison in France pioneered many modern prison policies, so the character Rennes appears as a knowledgeable mentor to the other characters. The Kazan prison in Russia is disorganised, tying in to the autistic Kazan character. Finally, Leaven and Worth are both named for Leavenworth prison in Kansas, which is corporately built and run, relating to Worth, the corporate architect, and runs on a very rigid set of rules, which ties in to Leaven's mathematical ability.
