Revealing mistake: Mueller hops off his horse and tells Tintin (as Amed) to hold the horse and tells him he will be back in a moment. Throughout the entirety of this shot, the colour of the blanket on Mueller's horse constantly flickers between several frames. As Mueller gets off the horse, the blanket is dark teal, then Mueller hands the rein to his horse to Tintin and the blanket suddenly flickers to dark orange and also dark teal near the bottom. Tintin jumps off the horse and the blanket suddenly flickers back to dark teal again. (00:13:25)

Continuity mistake: When Tintin and Haddock discover Calculus had been sleeping in one of the lifeboats, he wakes up and tells him he slept rather badly last night. Tintin and Haddock are standing beside each other, with Tintin partially behind Haddock. In the following shot where Haddock replies, Tintin has vanished from beside Haddock. (00:09:45)

Other mistake: Professor Calculus brings the parts for two shark submarines (he stated in the scene prior he would bring two) to the docks in two separate crates. The crates he uses to hold the submarine parts in would not big enough to hold the entirety of the submarine. The crates shown are only a couple of feet wide and even smaller in height, but the shark submarines shown in the episode are much larger than the overall size of the crate. (00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tintin is speaking with the Speedol exec, there is a chart on the wall behind the exec. The last marked point is first located around a centimetre away from the nearest line on the chart. Two shots after this, the point is directly on the line on the chart. A further two shots after, the last marked point is suddenly back to where it was. (00:02:05)

Continuity mistake: General Alcazar fires his gun at the camp member's bottle, destroying it. He fires straight forward, but when the bullet hits the bottle, the bullet is being fired at a vertical angle. (00:27:10)

Other mistake: When Haddock is in the lake, he is sinking, struggling to stay above the water and the water is even going up to his neck area. Tintin then goes into the lake to fetch Haddock and then stands in the exact same area where Haddock is up to his neck in the water, but the water only goes as far as Tintin's knees. (00:26:40)

All of the numbers used to represent the time shown on the clock are written in roman numerals, however, the roman numeral for the 8 shown on the clock is written out as VI. Continuity mistake: After Tintin realises he was right that the man was Mueller, the shot then pans back to Mueller looking at his face in a small mirror. When the shot stops panning, there is nothing reflected in Mueller's mirror. The shot changes to a close-up of the mirror and Mueller's reflection suddenly appears in the mirror. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: When the military police are looking through the detectives' bags, one of them finds a bag that Thomson and Thompson assume to be the secret documents. The man begins to shake it and diamonds fall out. In the first shot of the diamonds falling out, as the shot ends, two diamonds are in the man's hand, followed by a third diamond falling out. The shot cuts and there are suddenly five diamonds in the man's hand, followed by a sixth diamond that falls out. (00:08:15)

Continuity mistake: The Land of Chocolate: After Homer runs with the three bunnies, he stops and it rains chocolate balls into his hands. As they land in his hand, there are not that many raining, but in the next shot, there is suddenly a large amount, way more than what was shown landing in his hands.

Continuity mistake: Game Over: Whilst escaping the game engine, Bart points to the portal to Springfield. On the left hand side of the screen is a sign saying "Hot Off QA" on the light fixture for the Medal of Homer game. In the next shot, the A in the sign is suddenly tilted. Other mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: At the start of this level, Mr. Dirt (i.e. Milhouse) emerges from the ocean, but Mr. Dirt is approximately 30 feet tall and the water is far too shallow for him to have been hiding his entire body inside the water. The water only goes up to his knee area whilst he is standing in the ocean.

Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the Simpsons arrive in the game engine, they are standing away from the edge and not on the yellow/black markings on the platform. A few seconds later, Homer walks off the edge of the platform, and suddenly, they are on the edge of the platform and on the markings.

Professor Frink activates the Rift Portal and Bart and Lisa walk over to it. At this moment, the strategy guide has vanished from Bart's hand. The guide reappears once Bart and Lisa have gotten in the Rift Portal.

When the shot cuts to focus on the senator, Marge is no longer standing next to the senator and has been replaced by Snake Jailbird.
