Continuity mistake: When Steve and Bucky are fighting, Bucky eventually lets go of the chip after Steve finishes choking him. The chip is first shown to be right next to the window frame, but when Steve goes to pick up the chip, it is suddenly several inches away from it. (01:47:20)

Continuity mistake: When Sam asks "How do we tell the good guys from the bad guys?" and Steve replies "If they're shooting at you they're bad", Sam unleashes his Falcon wings. This shot shows Steve and Sam to be standing within a few feet of each other, but in the next shot where Sam flies off in his Falcon wings and Steve leaps off the roof, the two are suddenly several meters away from each other. Continuity mistake: After the Winter Soldier blows up the car he assumed Romanoff was hiding behind, she sneaks up behind him and kicks the gun out of his hand. When he throws her at one of the cars, the gun is on the road to the left of some yellow lines, next to a car. A few shots later, when the Winter Soldier picks up the gun, the gun and car have both moved - the gun is now right on the lines, the car is still the same distance from it. (01:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Steve, Romanoff and Agent Hill are watching Nick being operated on, Agent Hill is on the left, followed by Romanoff in the middle and Steve on the right. A couple of shots later, as Romanoff says "Don't do this to me Nick", it is now suddenly Agent Hill in the middle and Romanoff on the left, then a few shots later, it goes back to Romanoff being in the middle and Agent Hill being on the left. Continuity mistake: When Steve is fighting the terrorist who told him to remove his helmet, the fight begins out in the open. Steve is then shown in one shot kicking the terrorist enough times he falls back into a compartment with loads of weaponry. Then in an instant, they are suddenly back to fighting out in the open and most certainly not in the compartment. This has nothing to do with the angle of the camera. (00:11:45)

Continuity mistake: After Steve has taken out all the terrorists guarding the boat, the other SHIELD agents land on the boat in parachutes. As soon as Romanoff lands on the boat, she continues walking with Steve and begins conversation. From the reverse angle, Romanoff is visibly in front of Steve, but from the sudden following shot from the side, she is suddenly standing behind him. (00:06:55)

Continuity mistake: When Steve is on the boat, and knocks out all the terrorists, one last terrorist points a gun at him before being shot by Rumlow. In the first shot, the terrorist is standing in front of Steve, but by the next shot, he is suddenly standing behind Steve. This has nothing to do with the camera angles. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When Dylan and Alma are on the plane, as the shot pans around to them, Alma has a drink with a stirrer, which is on the edge of the cup. Alma then asks Dylan to pick out a card and put it back in the deck. If you look at Alma's drink, the stirrer is now sticking upwards in the middle of the cup. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: When the huge alien fish throws J through the window of Wu's, J knocks over several rows of frogs hanging in the window as this happens. As he finishes being thrown out of the window, only one row of frogs is left. A few minutes later as K suspends J, K goes to exit Wu's and now there are suddenly two rows. (00:16:35 - 00:19:40)

Continuity mistake: As soon as Boris blasts the door down, there are guards on the grounds and guards behind some of the cells in the background. After Boris blasts the the steel wall, the guards on the grounds are sucked into the vacuum of space, but the guards hiding in the cells in the background have vanished completely. They certainly weren't sucked into the vacuum of space because they were protected by both the cell bars and the ceiling above them. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Boris' pet emerges from the cake, it kills the two guards. The Lunar-Max guard that had his hand stuffed in the cake has a spike put in his head and lands on the floor with his head resting against the cell wall. After the pet removes Boris' shackles, Boris goes to leave the cell and the guard with the cake on his hand is now lying on the floor almost entirely turned over. (00:03:15 - 00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When the Lunar-Max guards take Boris' girlfriend to visit his cell, one of the guards opens the door. Just as the shot finishes, the cell door can be seen open enough for two people to stand side by side. From the other side, there's only enough room for one person. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: Boris' girlfriend is first shown to have a tattoo with "Boris" over her back. A few minutes later, after Boris says "I'm a bit of a romantic", the Lunar-Max guards walks over to the cake in Boris' girlfriend's hands and the tattoo on her back is shorter. (00:00:35 - 00:03:00)

Continuity mistake: When Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye are fighting their way through the Chitauri in the S.H.I.E.L.D. jet, one shot shows the Chitauri blasting at the jet causing part of the front of one side to get blasted and a burn mark is left on the jet. A few seconds later, Loki blasts one of the engines and the burn mark on the front of the jet has vanished. (01:40:35)

Continuity mistake: After arriving at 5 Pointz, someone tries to find the combination for the safe and it is revealed to have had a green handkerchief attached to the rear end. Dylan then pulls on the handkerchief and keeps pulling on it to reveal more coloured handkerchiefs until it stops and a timer is heard ticking. When the clicking sound is heard, Dylan is shown holding onto the knot between a purple handkerchief and a blue handkerchief. The shot then cuts to Agent Cowan saying "What is this?", but when the shot cuts back to Dylan, he is suddenly holding the knot between a blue handkerchief and a yellow handkerchief. Then in the next shot, his entire hand is held onto the blue handkerchief. (01:33:25)

Continuity mistake: When the Minion dressed as a maid answers the door, there is nothing next to it. When the shot returns to the door after the Minion has been taken, a umbrella and a holder for the umbrella have suddenly appeared. (00:21:50)

Continuity mistake: When Doctor Nefario is having a send off, he begins to blast off in his scooter very slowly. The shot after he says "This may take a while", the Minions begin to leave the area, yet in the next shot, the other Minions have vanished completely. There was nowhere near any time for them to have left the area that quickly. (00:21:10)

Continuity mistake: When Gru is making balloons with his balloon gun thing he attaches an inflated unicorn balloon to the door frame and an exterior shot of the front lawn is shown. This shot shows a playhouse on the right hand side of the lawn. Later on, when Lucy arrives at the house, the playhouse is no longer on the lawn. (00:03:30 - 00:07:45)
