However, in "The Impossible Astronaut", when the helmet was lifted, a man's beard can be seen. Clearly the use of a double to avoid giving the reveal away too early.

At this point, Hassleberry should have 2900 life points (which then go down to 2600). But for a split-second, his life point count reads 4000, which then shifts to 2900 when his life points go down.
