Continuity mistake: When Jen regains consciousness after being impaled on the tree branch, blood is dripping out of her mouth, onto her nose and off her face. Part way into the scene, the blood has has stopped and her teeth are completely clean. Then a few seconds after that, blood is dripping out of her mouth again. (00:32:05)

Continuity mistake: Stan slips on a few pieces of broken glass and lands on the ground in a 12 o'clock position. The shot then cuts to Jen, but when it cuts back to Stan, his body has suddenly rotated closer to a 10 o'clock position. (01:20:45)

Continuity mistake: Right before the launch, Haddock is wearing blue coveralls, but after the towers are cleared, they are green for one shot, only to be blue again for the rest of the episode.

Continuity mistake: Optimus and the car Tessa is trapped in are caught in a net and are pulled up to Lockdown's ship. Cade then jumps and grabs onto the net whilst it is being raised. There is a brief moment where Optimus is not visible inside the from the net, before being visible again in the next shot. The CG artists likely forgot to add Optimus into the shot during post-production. (01:22:35)
