Continuity mistake: She doesn't have an undergarment when she wears the blue shirt, and suddenly in the cave, when she removes her shirt, she is wearing a black undergarment. (00:16:52 - 00:55:55)
Suggested correction: She may have changed her underwear after Stan raped her. She was also wearing pink panties during the rape scene, but in the scene after, she is wearing black panties, so it's plausible she changed into a black undergarment at that point.

The Whole World Is Watching - S1-E4
Stupidity: The Dora Milaje arrive to take Zemo. John calmly attempts to talk them down, but it leads to a huge fight when he puts his hand on Ayo's shoulder. There are multiple instances during this fight where they totally would have stabbed John and Lamar with their spears, and are only stopped because Sam and Bucky intervene. While it's understandable they would want to obtain Zemo, attempting to kill two people to do so is completely out-of-character and goes against all of their morals and principles.
Suggested correction: I watched the scene and I never saw any of them try to straight up murder anyone. They were very skilled and precise in their attacks (for example, pinning John) and wouldn't have murdered anyone.
Here's a link to the scene (https://youtu.be/cpUq-kYMPkc). I counted three times when they almost kill them. First, after Ayo knocks John to the ground after he puts his hand on her shoulder, she attempts to stab him with her spear, prompting John to pick up the shield to stop himself from getting stabbed. There is no way she could have known that he would have picked up the shield, and if he did not do that, she would have totally stabbed him.
Second, there is another attempt where Ayo tries to stab John, which is only avoided because Bucky grabs onto the spear with his metal arm. Third, the two other Dora Milaje get into a fight with Lamar, and there is a point where one of them is about to throw her spear at him, but Sam grabs onto the back of the spear, so she cannot stab him. These are clear attempts to kill John and Lamar and were only avoided because Sam and Bucky intervened.

Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021)
Corrected entry: In this version, Flash does not carry the hostages to safety; he is sort of a cheerleader/crossing guard appearing in different spots of the stairs asking if they are OK and saying "This way." What sort of role in a battle is that? How does that help in any way? It's not that he's afraid of battle like in Whedon's version and he fights nobody on the path. (01:58:25)
Correction: Flash not moving the others up the stairs could have been for their own safety. This ability has been shown to emit sparks and electricity. We're even shown earlier that simply running in trainers is enough to incinerate them and sliding across the ground is enough leave cracks on it. Moving people from one location to another could have resulted in them getting electrocuted or burned, so it was likely best to let them run up the stairs themselves to ensure each of their safeties as best as possible.
He rescues his future girlfriend and the ever important sausage without burning them and no bodily harm from the wrong amount of kinetic energy applied or anything, which could be another possible objection. It is honestly the weirdest 'heroic' sequence I have ever seen, since there are literally zero threats on that staircase. Maybe it's just intended as a full-on gag even if played straight.
The two scenarios are very different. The scene where he saves Iris, he is merely taking Iris from her car, and placing her on the ground. With the hostages, he would have to take hold of them, and move them up several flights of stairs. The distance he would be travelling is much larger than the car crash scenario, and due to the increase in kinetic energy, this might put them at much larger risk of injury.
Another thing to note: You can see that when he grabs hold of Iris' body, he has to handle her body with the utmost care, implying that he has to be extremely careful when he interacts with others while using the super speed. And even in that situation, he is only placing her on the ground. So running back and forth moving the people up the stairs might not be the safest thing.
Not even from the car, from midair; he nullifies somehow the whole momentum she has and redirects it with no trauma (same as the sausage). Of course, not referring to the theatrical cut where he just carries people. But I'm not debating physics, just pointing out that (going by what it is shown, you can tell me he pushed into oblivion 8 parademons and 20 falling bricks off-screen) the hero just spends the whole time shouting "You ok?" at people, sparking lightning bolts everywhere.That's...something.

Friday Night Dinner (2011)
Stupidity: The whole episode revolves around Adam bringing his girlfriend Emma to his parents' house to meet the family, but problems start to arise when Emma's sister begins texting Adam pictures of her in her underwear. Adam is extremely bothered by this and attempts to make sure Emma doesn't find out. When everyone is at the dinner table, Adam decides to leave his phone out on the table even whilst he continues to receive texts from Emma's sister and the family begin to comment on it. If Adam was so concerned about Emma finding out about the texts, he could have easily turned off his phone and put it back in his pocket, but instead decides to leave it out on the table and switched on, only drawing more suspicion from Emma. Even when the little girl arrives later and asks to play with his phone, Jonny reaches out to grab it, but all Adam does is take the phone off the table so Jonny can't reach it, and then immediately puts it back on the table again.
Suggested correction: Adam knows Jonny is joking with him, as he usually does. As for Katie taking his phone he didn't expect her to. They have all seen Adam's reaction when getting the messages and he is trying to cover something up. Doing anything to prevent anyone seeing his phone more would arouse suspicion. Personally I don't understand why he didn't just explain that Emma's sister has been sending him pictures and ask Emma to talk to his sister. He didn't do anything and loses someone he liked for no reason.
I was mostly referring to the scene where they are sitting at the dinner table BEFORE Katie arrives. Despite the fact that he kept receiving texts from Emma's sister and was growing more concerned and everyone begins to comment on it, all he does is put it back on the table, switched on, ready for another text to come through, which makes everyone further suspicious. There is no reason at all why he couldn't just turn off the phone, put it back in his pocket, and lowered suspicion.
A better idea would be for him to have told Emma after it happened the first time. I'm sure that saying "your sister just sent this to me for some reason. I'm quite uncomfortable. Could you please ask her why she's sent me this?" would have sufficed. He creates bigger issues by denying anything is happening.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
Continuity mistake: When Krennic is first talking with Galen Erso on his home planet, the coat that Galen is wearing is visibly drenched, presumably from rain water, but later in the scene, when Lyra Erso intervenes, the dampness on his coat is now much lighter. (00:03:30 - 00:05:10)
Suggested correction: We know from Episode IV that some fabrics in the Star Wars canon dry very quickly, see the garbage compactor aftermath. This is totally possible.
I'm not sure if this is a viable explanation. While some aspects of life in the Star Wars universe are somewhat fantastical (the ways of the Jedi for example), this universe still follows the same basic psychics of Earth, so for example, something like gravity or the speed at which something dries would still be the same. (As for your Episode IV reference, I'm not sure if that counts as a defence, or is just a mistake in of itself).

X-Men: First Class (2011)
Stupidity: All the mutants on the island need Magneto at the last second to take control of the missiles so they don't land and explode. Why didn't Azazel just teleport everyone off the island?
Suggested correction: Given the situation, there was probably very little time to come up with a plan like this. The missiles were flying towards them extremely quickly, and there would have been nowhere near enough time to band every single person together for Azazel to teleport them all out of there in just a few seconds.
There was plenty of time. He could have taken 5 at a time down the Beach 3 miles and came back for the rest. Earlier in the movie he was moving so fast men were falling from the sky at nearly the same time and he was teleporting them one at a time.

Correction: By this point, Da-hye, the daughter of the Park family, had already found Ki-woo's unconscious body in the basement and carried him out. She was seen carrying him during all the chaos in the back yard, and Ki-taek even sees her carrying him shortly before he stabs Mr. Park, so by the time he flees to the basement, Ki-woo was no longer there.

Avengers: Endgame (2019)
Corrected entry: When Natasha first finds Clint in Japan, and tells them there might be a way, he looks straight at her and says "Don't." He's looking her in the face in that shot, but when it cuts to her face and she asks "don't what?" you can see his face in the foreground but looking down at the ground in front of him. When it cuts back to him again, saying "don't give me hope" he's suddenly looking back up at her again. (00:57:09)
Correction: There is no mistake here, Barton is seen turning his head on both these occasions. After Barton says "Don't", when the camera changes angles to focus on Nat, if you look closely at Barton, he is still looking at her, but then turns his head to face the ground. Then when Nat says "Don't what", Barton can be seen turning his head to face Nat again. So in the following shot where he says "Don't give me hope", he is still facing her and the continuity is correct.

Foodfight! (2012)
Continuity mistake: One character asks Dex to help him or he will go bald. Suddenly it cuts to Mr. Clean for the joke and he's just suddenly there. He was not in the rest of the scene or shots before that moment, and suddenly he's just there after that joke.
Suggested correction: Mr. Clean is seen multiple times throughout the scene before Hairy Hold says he'll go bald. In the establishing shot when it pans over to the group, and Hairy Hold says "Why did I agree to run the United Supermarket Defence Association", Mr. Clean is seen, albeit towards the corner of the shot slightly away from the group. He is seen more in the following shot when Dex arrives in scene. He is seen again when Maximilius starts saying "We all know when a product loses its icon...", and seen again when standing behind Hairy Hold when he says they have to find Dan. In the shots where Mr. Clean cannot be seen on-screen, he is simply just off-screen standing slightly away from the rest of the group.

Get Out (2017)
Corrected entry: Chris could not get the cotton into his ears by himself because he was tied up the whole time.
Correction: His hands were restrained, but his head was not. He simply leaned his head forward, closer to where his hand was located so could get the cotton into his ears. The cotton was shown in the hand rest, and his hands were restrained at the wrists, so could still move his hands in the area they are positioned in despite being tied down.

Back to the Future (1985)
Corrected entry: After Marty takes a ride from a jeep to get to the classes he is using his headphones, which disappear outside the school.
Correction: When Marty is holding onto the back of the jeep on the way to school, he is shown wearing headphones. After this, the scene ends and it cuts to the next scene, where he arrives at school (without headphones) and some time has gone by. Enough time would have passed in between scenes for him to put the headphones in his bag.

Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
Corrected entry: When Ebony Maw attaches Strange to the wall, they are upside down but Ebony's hair doesn't react to gravity. (00:23:05)
Correction: Maw was using his telekinetic powers to hover above the ground and be upside down. He likely used his telekinetic powers keep his body, hair and clothing in the same state to make it easier for him. You can tell this by the way his hair kind of floats when he is attaching Strange to the wall, compared to when it rests normally when he is right side up.

Apocalypse Now (1979)
Visible crew/equipment: As the boat crew steps ashore to find Kilgore, the obvious shadows of two crew and their equipment are seen moving across the backs of the soldiers and then the raised netting slightly further away. This isn't the documentary crew they meet shortly afterwards, who are further onto the mainland. (00:27:20)
Suggested correction: In this scene, the boat crew immediately encounter a camera crew filming the soldiers. This is their shadows.
While they do encounter a documentary film crew, this does not happen until a few seconds after the mistake occurs. The shadows of the film crew are shown when they are walking onto shore, whilst the documentary film crew are shown more onto the main land. Plus, it seems a little weird Francis Ford Coppola would decide to randomly include shadows of a documentary film crew when the cameo doesn't happen until a few seconds later. Clearly this is the shadow of the camera and cameraman cast on them, and is a valid mistake.

Cheers (1982)
Corrected entry: As Sam tells Diane about the guy from Baltimore, the camera starts to pan around the bar. Just as the camera goes past the women's bathroom, the door starts to open. The door then closes itself in an instant frame. (00:22:40)
Correction: A few seconds must have been edited from the version you watched. When I watched it two women come out of the bathroom and the door closes normally.
I noticed this mistake on a Region 2 DVD box set from the UK. From what I seen, an editing blip occurs where a couple frames of film are repeated just as the door starts to open. This editing error may have been corrected on other DVDs and television broadcasts, but I definitely remember seeing this on the DVD that I own of it.

Back to the Future Part II (1989)
Plot hole: If Old Biff changed his past and went back to 2015, he goes back to HIS future, not the bad future, but Doc later tells Marty that if he were to go to the future to stop Biff from taking the almanac, he'd go to the bad future, so Old Biff technically shouldn't have been able to return to "his" future at all.
Suggested correction: The effects of the past being altered may not have happened immediately. It is possible that it took time for the timelines to adjust to the changes of events, meaning enough time would have passed to change 1985 when they return, but not enough time could have passed to change 2015. By the time Doc says if they went back to 2015 they would be going to an alternate future, some time has passed, so the effects of the past being altered and taking ahold in 2015 and altering it are more likely to have occurred by then.
Here is what you say: "perhaps it took time for the time lines to adjust." What kind of time would timelines take? Time is time, it doesn't take time to change the timeline. That doesn't make any sense. Some people claim it was the DeLorean itself that came back to its own original timeline and only then reset itself in the new one, but then the new timelines being erased later on wouldn't have happened either. So its a genuine plot hole.
It's established in the first film that it takes time for the changes to take effect. Marty and his siblings slowly disappear from the photo, rather than instantly. Although the scene in BTTF2 was deleted, it was filmed showing Biff dying and slowly fading away after his return to his present.
Yet they were restored instantly without any outside influence at the end of the movie. There are a lot of things wrong with this movie and the first one. Old Biff disappearing should mean that Marty and Doc should slowely disappear as well, even the DeLorean. But they didn't, that doesn't make any sense. The point is there is a plot hole, somewhere. To know where all you can do is look at it logically and then you automatically come up with Old Biff going back to the future but not the alternate future. If he did there wouldn't have been a movie, but that's the plot hole.
The timeline didn't change until he made his first bet which was some years I think after receiving it. He immediately travelled forward after giving the act, meaning he will still jump forward to the original future.
The timelines would instantly change, and Old Biff couldn't possibly have returned to "normal" 2015. It's just a poorly-thought-out time travel plot hole (or a deliberate error to expedite the storyline).
Suggested correction: In context, Doc was saying that they couldn't return to 2015 to stop Biff from stealing the time machine, because Biff didn't steal the time machine in the alternate 2015, he only stole it in the original 2015. Marty and Doc didn't stay long enough in 2015 after Biff returned, and that's why they didn't see any differences. Also, though they were unaware of it, Biff was dead in the alternate 2015, so the disasters he caused might have reverted back after his death.
16th Feb 2010
Back to the Future Part II (1989)
Plot hole: After Biff steals the DeLorean and travels back to 1955 with the Sports Almanac the movie states that he creates an alternate timeline. Doc Brown does a good job of illustrating this on a chalkboard. So if, as Doc Brown states, Biff created an alternate timeline, then when he travels back to 2015 it would be the alternate 2015. Even if the original timeline stays intact with Doc and Marty in it, they'd be trapped there because Biff took the Delorean and returned it to the new timeline, not the one they're in.
Suggested correction: When Doc explains to Marty the events that changed the timeline from 1955 onwards, several hours have passed since they returned from the (original) 2015. Old Biff likely returned to the original 2015 not long after after giving young Biff the almanac, so it is entirely plausible that not enough time had passed for the alternate version of 2015 to take ahold. When Doc tells Marty if they were to go back to the future they would be going to an alternate future, enough time had passed for the future to turn into the alternate future.
11th Feb 2013
Back to the Future Part II (1989)
Plot hole: When Old Biff goes back to 1955 to give himself the almanac, he comes back in the Delorean to the version of 2015 that he left, not the other, skewed version in which he is rich. Everything in 1955 should have changed around the Doc and Marty, as the Doc tells Marty everything will change around Jennifer and Einstein later on in 1985, when Marty and the Doc go back to restore normalcy. George is alive in this future, so we know the skewed version hasn't taken hold.
Suggested correction: It is established in the movies that the effects of the timeline being changed are not immediate. For example, in the first movie, in the photo of Marty and his siblings, it takes some time for them to vanish from it. When Doc tells Marty everything will change around Jennifer and Einstein when the timeline is restored, I don't think he meant the future will be restored to normalcy right that second, but more after an ample amount of time has passed for everything to be right. After Old Biff gave the almanac to young Biff, there was ample time for him to return to the original 2015 before it changed into the alternate 2015.
That would mean when they restored the timelines it would have taken time for it to adjust again, but it didn't. The new timeline was created but the old one remained because Marty and Doc were still in the original future. However, even though they are not in their original timeline it doesn't make sense for them to still be there, the timeline should have been erased or else old Biff wouldn't be erased either. Again though, a copy of another plot hole, which one is the oldest and original?

Grand Theft Auto V
Plot hole: Marriage Counselling: Michael destroys Martin Madrazo's girlfriend's house, believing it to be owned by the tennis coach. Within the 0.6 mile drive back to Michael's house, Madrazo's henchmen are suddenly firing on Michael and Franklin because Michael destroyed the house. Even Madrazo's girlfriend's told Madrazo about the incident, there should still be no way for Madrazo to know what Franklin or Michael looked like, track down their location or find them that quickly.
Suggested correction: Although Madrazo would have had to have had men very close by for it to be possible he could have found out about Michael from the tennis instructor.
Even if Madrazo was told about Michael and Franklin by someone in or near his house, the amount of time it takes for them to reach him is far too quick. They find him around a minute or two after driving away from the house, and they had no way of knowing which direction he will be going in. This is far too unlikely, as it is far too quick after destroying the house for Madrazo to have tracked down and found Michael's location.
Correction: At 0:45:11 (timecode for the Extended Cut), he is shown loading one bullet into the gun. Then, around a minute after this, right before the bandits enter the room, he is shown inserting three more bullets into the gun, so there would have been four bullets in the gun, not three.
